BREAKFAST: Gourmet breakfast delivered to your suite each morning for $15 per person — a full homemade meal delivered privately to your suite at 8:00 or 9:00 AM (your choice). No communal dining room required, no getting dressed — just great food brought to you. We accommodate vegetarian, gluten-free, vegan, and other dietary needs. Let us know after booking and we’ll take care of everything. The majority of our guests add breakfast — it’s one of our most- highly reviewed amenities.

PARKING: Every reservation includes your own reserved off-street parking space — right at your door. If you’ve been to Eureka Springs, you know how valuable that is.

SHARED SPACES: Beyond your private suite, guests are welcome to enjoy several shared spaces on the property. The covered front porch at the purple building has one of the best views of Main Street in Eureka Springs — grab a glass of wine and settle in. There's a garden seating area among the flowers, perfect for a quiet morning with your coffee. There is also a shared lounge with mission-style furniture, turn-of-the-century antiques, and a great view of downtown available. Access details provided after booking.

EXTRA GUESTS: Suites with a pull-out couch can accommodate a third, and sometimes fourth, guest for $25/night (covers linens, robes, and occupancy). Breakfast for a third guest can be added for $15/morning.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 3:00 PM, check-out is 11:00 AM. Early and late options are often available on request.

CANCELLATION: Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival. Within 5 days, the cancellation fee equals one night’s stay.
