Living Room and Dining Room share a fireplace that is perfect for the fall and winter season. The apartment has a full kitchen yet is in walking distance to the famous Italian Eatery, Ermilio's, theaters, and the Crescent. Breakfast is provided as well as snacks for late night cravings.

Guest Access:

The Down Under at the 1908 Ridgeway House Bed and Breakfast is the lower level of the Historic Home. There is a ramp with two steps to enter your private apartment.



The Neighborhood:

Ridgeway house is within walking distance of the Crescent Hotel, Ermilio's Italian Restaurant, Intrigue theater and downtown Eureka Springs. It is a bit of a walk back up the hill to the Ridgeway House however, Eureka Springs has Uber and Lyft drivers.



Getting Around:

Historic Eureka Springs is a small town nestled in the Ozark Mountains. It is known for its great spas, restaurants, art, shopping, music, festivals, and proximity to outdoor adventures. The White River, Kings River, Beaver Lake, and Table Rock lake are all with in 15 miles of Eureka Springs. Hiking, Biking, Swimming, Kayaking, Floating and more.



Other Things to Note:

Patricia is our live in hostess, she will make sure you have everything you need and be available to answers questions about town. She lives upstairs and there is no direct access to the Down Under Apartment.
