Set on 6 plus acres offering seclusion and privacy with bountiful trees and expansive views of the river and mountainside. Outdoor adventure abounds with world class fishing, boating, hiking, mountain biking, and more. Conveniently located on the riverfront provides direct access to the river as well as endless opportunities to explore all that Eureka Springs and the Ozarks has to offer.

When you arrive at our cabin on the river you will be captivated by the surrounding landscape, mountain and river views. The open rolling land provides lots of space for games and activities. In the evening, you’re welcome to enjoy our firepit constructed on beautiful natural rocks surrounded by string lights with 6 adirondack chairs. Firewood is provided for your convenience.

As you enter the home, you’ll rejoice in all the natural light and views provided by the floor to ceiling windows in the kitchen and living room. The large leather sectional provides plenty of comfortable seating while you enjoy the ambiance from the glow and warmth from the electric fireplace and stream your favorite shows on the large smart TV. The kitchen is perfectly updated with granite countertops and tile backsplash and stocked with the essentials to cook your friends and family delicious meals. For coffee lovers, a keurig coffee machine and coffee grinder is provided for your enjoyment. In the dining room, there is seating for 6 at the dining table with additional seating at the kitchen bar top with 6 bar stools. Otherwise, enjoy your meals al fresco at our outside dining table on the connected back deck with seating for 8. You’ll also find the grill here.

Conveniently located, on the main level is a laundry room and half bath with washer and dryer for your use. The primary suite is also on the main floor offering a spacious bedroom with a king bed, and private ensuite full bathroom. The primary has great views with tons of windows and direct access to the back deck. There is also a dedicated workspace or desk in the primary bedroom for those who may need to work and connect to our wireless internet. Each room and living space has its own smart tv to stream your favorite shows on. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms and a shared full bathroom with a large double sink vanity with plenty of storage. The king bedroom has a connecting private deck that provides a birds eye view of the river and surrounding beauty. The queen bedroom has beautiful tall windows and a connected bonus room with a twin bed and twin trundle perfect for a small family.

On the lower level there is a pool table, foosball table, bar seating, and comfortable leather sectional to watch TV. The morning bar has a keurig machine & mini fridge to store more beverages and make your coffee. The fourth bedroom offers two twin beds with a beautiful bathroom directly across the hall. Off the lower level is another seating area that is covered. You will also find kayaks stored down here for you to take down to the river and launch if you want to explore the water. Inside, board games and puzzles are provided for your game nights and outside we have cornhole, kickball, frisbees, footballs, and disc golf. Fisherpeople are encouraged to bring their fishing gear. Guests can access the river directly from the property.

When you are not enjoying the house and property there is so much to enjoy close by. Beaver lake is a short drive away and is a beautiful lake for boating and water sports. The Beaver Lake Dam is also close and a good spot to do some more tailwater fishing. Mountain bikers should check out the Lake Leatherwood Gravity project for downhill riding. Passion Play Bike Trails and the Back 40 trails are also a short drive away for mountain biking. Historic Eureka Springs is a short drive away with tons of restaurants, shops, and beautiful Victorian architecture. Check out the beautiful ‘glass chapel’ or Opera, or Great Passion Play. Visit a large natural spring that was a home to Indians 7500 years ago. Check out one of the largest big cat refuges in the country. You can hire a fishing guide or go ziplining or check out the caves closeby. We are also just a short drive away from the renowned Crystal Bridges Museum in Bentonville, Arkansas, displaying some of the best American art in the country.
