The space
You’ll be less than one mile from a famous Franklin St known for access to easy bar hopping and nightlife. It’s easy to Uber to there or downtown. The home has ample space for clothing storage on a longer stay, and all the important kitchen items; baking sheet, toaster, coffee, wine glasses, freezer, Kuerig coffee machine, and a blender.

The 4th bedroom is an office space and does not have a bed.

A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed, with a $150 pet fee per dog.
*Larger dogs must be approved by the host, and a deposit along with an additional pet fee will be required.

Guest access
The entrance (main door on the porch) has a keypad. The Smart lock will you a dedicated code for your stay..

It's a shared driveway, please park in the street.

The backyard offers ample space for pets to play and use the restroom comfortably.
The home comes equipped with a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and laundry pods. For longer stays or higher needs, you will need to purchase additional toiletries to accommodate your needs. There is a local Dollar General store within walking distance for all additional needs.
