Nestled on a peaceful green square in Exeter, this beautiful Victorian home offers spacious and comfortable accommodations for families or groups. The property comprises four charming bedrooms: one single room on the ground floor, a king room and a double room on the first floor, and another king room with an ensuite WC on the top floor. Each bedroom is designed for restful nights, featuring comfortable beds and ample storage space for your belongings. Two further bathrooms, one with a shower & toilet and the other with a bath, cater to your needs, ensuring everyone has sufficient privacy and convenience.



The fully equipped kitchen boasts all the necessary appliances for preparing delicious meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cafetiere, and a selection of cookware and tableware. The dining table provides a welcoming space for family meals or gatherings. Next door, snuggle up to movie nights on the smart TV in the cosy living room. We also have a DVD player with a large collection of classics!



In the summer, enjoy a delightful courtyard garden that offers a tranquil outdoor space for relaxation and enjoyment, providing a serene retreat after exploring Exeter's attractions. You'll find outdoor seating and a firepit for warmer evenings (wood not provided). It also has rear access if you are bringing bikes.

Exeter University (St Luke's Campus) and the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital are both under a 10-minute walk, as is a good-sized Waitrose for all your essentials.

Getting Around:

We provide a free on-street parking for one vehicle and can offer additional parking for a second vehicle, but this is subject to availability. This must be arranged in advance so please get in touch if you require parking for your stay.
