Tucked away in the beautiful Cotswold town of Fairford, this charming 2-bedroom cottage offers the perfect countryside escape for families, friends, or small groups. Set behind a gated entrance with free private parking, the property combines comfort, flexibility, and peaceful surroundings.

The ground floor bedroom can be arranged as either 3 single beds or 1 super king and 1 single, making it ideal for different group setups. Upstairs, the second bedroom features a comfortable double bed. Both bedrooms benefit from their own modern en-suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience.

The property has an open plan kitchen and lounge. Kitchen is equipped with toaster, kettle, oven and a fridge with a small freezer compartment. There is also a washing machine located in the utility area.

Guests can also enjoy access to the meadow area opposite the cottage — a lovely spot for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or relaxing in the fresh country air. Please note the meadow is unfenced, so children and pets should be supervised. Perfectly located for exploring the Cotswolds, local pubs, riverside walks, and nearby villages.

Guests will have sole use of the property. However the meadow area is not fenced in as part of the property so there may be passing residents
