First the bad, toilet upstairs backed up twice, and we just went and picked up plunger. Never did figure how to use the
Lights on the pier. Lot of broken furniture, recliner upstairs, and a few of the high chairs had broken stretchers. Microwave was a little scary. Often you had to hold the start button in or it would start, pop, and stop. Once it started for a couple of seconds you could walk away and it would finish cooking.
The good, they let us use the crab traps, and we caught enough for dinner, they let us use the kayaks, life jackets, cast net, fire pit, etc. Everything was pretty well laid out in a binder, so there wasnât any confusion. Poker chips and cards, board games and lots of books were available, along with a propane grill that was welll maintained and had plenty of propane. The washing machine and dryer was very convenient.
The neighborâs cat and dog visited us a lot, we are pet people so it was a plus for us. Others might not see it that way, but if you ignore them, they probably wonât bother you.
