Fairmont Hot Springs (1.6 km): In just over 3 minutes, find yourself at Fairmont`s famous natural hot springs. Here, you can experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This excursion is something you have to include in your vacation itinerary.

The Whiteway (27.8 km): A 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. Granted the world record as the longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Kinsmen Beach and Windermere Beach. Bring your skates, or rent them from Inside Edge.

Golfing: Riverside and Mountainside Golf Club is only a 4-minute drive from us. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, the Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

Fairmont Ski Resort (5 km): A family-friendly ski hill that the whole family can enjoy. Equipment rentals are available on-site.

Panorama Mountain Resort (45 km): A world-class destination with incredible skiing and snowboarding. Other highlights include heliskiing, skating, shops, bars for apres-ski, and so much more. The Greywolf Golf Course is a world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada. This course is in Panorama and perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 8 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. No pets of any kind are permitted on this property.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Guests must confirm current fire bans prior to using the fire pit. Any tickets issued for fires during a fire ban will be billed directly to the main renter on file for the respective date(s).

7. Please note that garbage removal is not included at this property, and garbage will need to be taken to the nearest refuse station upon check-out to avoid a $50 removal fee.

We had a terrific stay. The home was very comfortable and cozy with lots of space. Well equipped kitchen.The property and all the amenities were in excellent condition. Beds were very comfortable.The host was easy to communicate with quick responses.Location to ski hills is fantastic: 10 mins to Fairmont Hot Springs Family Ski Hill, 45mins to Panorama, and 1:05 mins to Kimberly.There are winter hiking trails nearby. Hoodoos, Owl loop above the Fairmont golf course and hot springs, the hike above Radium hot springs.

This house was perfect for our family of 5 plus grandparents! It was very clean, beds were very comfortable, lots of great utensils in the kitchen, bbq worked great! We could park right in the garage, and also had a large driveway. The area was very quiet, and a short walk to the grocery store, coffee and icecream store with a few options for restuarants too. I will defiantly rent again. The cons: not for us but for some to keep in mind. The main level is a bathroom/2 bedrooms and then stairs to the 2nd level which is the kitchen, living room and 2 more bedrooms. So if you don't like alot of stairs, keep this in mind. Also the roads in the area are quite hilly, which just made me nervous watching my 2 year old zip down them on his bike. Great place!

Fantastic House

House was very spacious and fit our family of 5 with ease. Had all the amenities we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and diner. Loved the pool table downstairs! Had a great wrap around deck, that unfortunately we did not get to really use do to weather. The Property Management was awesome to deal with and responded very quickly! Loved this stay!

We booked this home to celebrate mom & dads 63rd Anniversary! The home is immaculate and has an awesome patio that wraps the house . Quick neighborhood with deer grazing most evenings. Peaceful.
