Nestled between the Rocky & Purcell Mountains with stunning views of both along with the Mountainside Golf Course, Benny’s Place is a spacious end townhome offering 2,500 square feet across three levels. With 3 bedrooms, a loft, and 3 full bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it perfect for families, groups of friends, or golf getaways for 3 couples or 4-5 singles.
The open-plan main level features a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a cozy living room with a large-screen TV for streaming, and a wood-burning fireplace for chilly evenings. Step outside to the private wrap-around deck, complete with a BBQ, outdoor lounge, and dining space, offering breathtaking views – the perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon drinks, or stargazing at night. This level also has one bedroom with a queen bed and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
On the upper level, the master suite boasts a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted soaker tub and overhead shower.
