Fairmont Hot Springs (1.8km): In just over 5 minutes, find yourself at Fairmont`s famous natural hot springs. Here, you can experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This excursion is something you have to include in your vacation itinerary.

The Whiteway (21 km): A 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. Granted the world record as the longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Kinsmen Beach and Windermere Beach. Bring your skates, or rent them from Inside Edge.

Golfing: Riverside and Mountainside Golf Club is only a 4-minute drive from us. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, the Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

Fairmont Ski Resort (5 km): A family-friendly ski hill that the whole family can enjoy. Equipment rentals are available on-site.

Panorama Mountain Resort (45 km): A world-class destination with incredible skiing and snowboarding. Other highlights include heliskiing, skating, shops, bars for apres-ski, and so much more. The Greywolf Golf Course is a world-renowned course ranked among Canada`s top 15 best courses. This course is in Panorama and perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

HOUSE RULES:
1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 10 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Guests must confirm current fire bans prior to using the fire pit. Any tickets issued for fires during a fire ban will be billed directly to the main renter on file for the respective date(s).

7. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.

8. Please note that garbage removal is not included at this property, and garbage will need to be taken to the nearest refuse station upon check-out to avoid a $50 removal fee.

A few more towels would have been appreciated since there is a hot tub. We were constantly short towels. Some larger and better quality garbage bags and bins would be helpful for such a large place that is meant to accommodate lots of people. Overall the place was great.

We had a great stay at this property. It is located in a very quiet location and has all you'll need for a comfortable stay. Lots of great golf in the area, grocery and liquor store close by as well as lots of other shops. Property manager was very communicative and responsive for any questions prior to and after arrival to the property. Would recommend others to stay!

Great location, great house. Yard not maintained so outside of firepit and hot tub it’s unusable (would have loved some grass for outdoor games). Configuration of beds was different than listing, but they had extra cots in closets so it was ok. Dishwasher had issues, but we just hand washed where needed.

Excellent property! Highly recommend

We stayed from Jan 30-Feb 3, 2025, with a group of 8 adults and 7 kids/toddlers/baby. This house was the perfect size to accommodate all of us, with plenty of space to gather, or get some space apart. There is lots of seating in the living room, room for 6 at the kitchen table plus 2 at the island. Thankfully we knew this before our trip, so brought a “kids” table/chairs with us. The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed; the only thing that drove us crazy was a broken bottom rack in the dishwasher that constantly fell off its track. There was lots of propane for the BBQ, and firewood for the firepit. We enjoyed the hot tub several times; it was clean and has some great jets! All of the bedrooms were spacious and quiet, nicely decorated. One complaint for the majority of our group though was that the mattresses are all a VERY firm foam, my husband likes a firm mattress and even he found these to be a bit too hard! A couple other things we found lacking: more towel bars in the bathrooms (with showers/hottub/hotsprings, we needed more drying space), different sized towels like face cloths, and designated hot tub towels; not deal-breakers but would be nice to have! Despite a few minor complaints, overall we had a fantastic stay. There was great communication as well as a prompt response approving our request to check-out an hour later. We would highly recommend this property, and would love to return here one day if we ever travel as a big group again!

Family getaway

The house was perfect for our family of 13. The space worked perfectly for 3 generations with 4 couples and 5 children under age 6. Child friendly plastic dinnerware was even available for kids. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub as well.
