Welcome to Higher Ground
Perfectly situated halfway between the town of Fairplay and the town of Alma, Higher Ground is nestled in the majestic pines, in the serene Beaver Ridge neighborhood.
Newly constructed, with gorgeous custom finishes, top-of-the-line fixtures and appliances, and spacious living areas, this luxurious four bedroom/three and a half bathroom home is a deluxe Park County retreat. Relax in the opulent comfort of Higher Ground, as your cares melt away and you unwind on lavish furnishings, surrounded by elegant design, accompanied by incredible woodland vistas.
The Living Spaces: As you enter on the upper floor of the home, you are greeted by the floor to ceiling windows of the Great Room. Tall ceilings and tasteful decor add to the bright and welcoming feeling of the home. The well appointed kitchen is outfitted with gorgeous custom cabinetry, premium built in appliances, and is stocked with all the cooking gadgets and accouterments you will need to whip up your favorite meal. There is plush velvet seating for six at the spacious dining table, with additional bartop seating at the kitchen island for four. Down the hallway is a massive walk-in pantry and coffee bar, along with a convenient Half Bathroom.
From the Dining Area, step out onto the spacious elevated deck, where you may choose to lounge the day away on the comfortable patio furniture, grill up some tasty food on the propane barbecue grill, or use the exterior staircase to access the hot tub that is located on the lower level patio.
The home features two separate living spaces, where friends and loved ones can sprawl out and relax. The Great Room offers a wood-burning fireplace with a smart TV mounted above the mantle, surrounded by plush furnishings in front of majestic windows. Likewise, the downstairs Entertainment Room offers a record player with a curated vinyl library, a game table and a smart TV mounted opposite of a cozy leather couch. The ground floor Entertainment Room also offers walkout access to the lower level patio, where the quiet and secluded hot tub can be found. Soak in the quiet solitude and relax after all that a day of adventuring in the Rocky Mountains may afford!
The Bedrooms: The upstairs Primary Suite, features a king size bed, spacious closet access to a private elevated deck, and an En Suite Bathroom. The en suite bathroom has two separate vanities, a private toilet, a custom tiled, step-in shower and towel warmer rack for the utmost in luxurious comfort.
The downstairs Secondary Suite, offers a king size bed, a spacious closet, access to the patio, and an en suite bathroom; which has a double vanity, standard toilet, and step-in shower.
The other two Bedrooms located on the lower level of the home, feature queen beds, standard closets, access to the patio, and hallway access to a Central Bathroom. The Central bathroom offers a double vanity, standard toilet, and a bathtub/shower combo.
Other Areas:
There is a laundry closet on the lower level of the home with standard size washing machine and dryer available for guest use.
While guests may choose to access the home through the garage bay, parking space within the garage is currently reserved for homeowner equipment.
Higher Ground sits on 7.53 acres of heavily wooded property in the Beaver Ridge neighborhood. Feel free to enjoy all the acreage, we simply ask that you are respectful of our neighbors and stay within the bounds of the lot during your explorations.

* Outdoor security camera(s) are in use at this property, and may be used to verify guest occupancy. Security camera(s) are solely for visual (no audio) monitoring outside the property and are not present inside the property.
