Relax and unwind in this recently renovated historic farmhouse, originally built in 1880. Perfectly located just steps from the Erie Canal and Main Street Fairport, you’ll be within walking distance of charming shops, local restaurants, and scenic canal paths.

The home offers driveway parking for up to three vehicles and comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. With two full bathrooms, a cozy living room, and two kitchen spaces—a fully stocked kitchen on the main floor and a convenient kitchenette upstairs—this home is ideal for families or couples seeking comfort and convenience in a central village location.

This is a peaceful, family-friendly property and not suitable for parties. We have quiet neighbors and kindly ask guests to respect the surrounding environment.

Two dining table with seating for eight (an extra chair is available in the laundry room). Please keep the padded table cover in place when in use.
