The house features 3 bedrooms (two with en suite bathrooms with shower), 1 additional bathroom, an open-plan living room with a 43’’ smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room can accommodate 2 additional guests. It has balconies with views of Mount Psiloritis, is located in a quiet green neighborhood with convenient parking, and is just 2 km from the beach.

The bedrooms are equipped with luxurious COCO-MAT mattresses and bed linens, made from natural materials, ensuring restful and healthy, high-quality sleep. Central air conditioning with independent control in every room (not just individual units).

The private courtyard has been designed as a space of absolute wellness, with a luxurious 5-person jacuzzi, outdoor shower, and comfortable premium sun loungers for total relaxation.
