Due to internal stairs and external deck, no infants under 6 years of age can be accommodated in the property.

The outside fire pit is to be used between May and September only. Wood used in the outside fire pit is to be found / collected dry wood only. Do not use the stacked firewood intended for the internal wood heater, for the outside fire pit.

The upstairs area is private and not to be accessed by guests.
