the beach was nice and calm and great for small children. in the main buffet restaurant you had to find your seat yourself which sometimes meant you had to aimlessly search for a seat for you and your party and sometimes stand and wait for a table to be cleaned. Which mean having to watch a dirty table just before you start your own meal. This did give a good appealing start to our own meal. The ends and room were nicely arranged and adequate for the visit. Food options excellent as well however the juices varied in quality each day and was sometimes watered down so much that you felt you were drinking flavored water instead of orange juice. Most staff were polite but some could not care to smile and be warm while serving the drinks. The housekeeping kept opening the doors without a knock or call at the fire before entering. I have had the privilege of staying at many resorts in the past and this experience was less than i expected. This resort has good potential but it needs more organization of both the events, The app that we were told to use did not work properly most of the time. it was hard to book restaurant and other reservations.
the resort was in my opinion affordable and has opportunities to become a great resort. , but that extra care is missing that i am accustomed to at other comparable resorts like the excellence brand for example
