The property was really nice and updated and the food was delicious. I gave it 3 stars because the staff are not as welcoming and friendly in this resort which is why I visit Jamaica so often , the people are usually much nicer. Also I had an incident where after housekeeping had already cleaned my room for the day, they just walked into my room at 10pm after my husband and I just showered and we were not fully dressed, when she realized we were In the room she asked if we needed anything. Which was odd, like she didn’t expect us to be in there. I asked the front desk and they told me themselves that was not normal unless I requested extra towels or something (which I didn’t) . That incident made me realize there are no additional locks on the doors while you are inside the room. Just the standard lock that opens up with the room key. So basically anyone can come into your room at anytime even while ur sleep. Which is odd for such a new hotel. I had a good time but would not return or recommend.
