Set on a 4.5-acre property with three unique stays, this separate 850 sq. ft. home is close to Kessler Mountain, Centennial Park, Razorback Stadium, UofA, and downtown Fayetteville while still feeling tucked into the trees.
The Hideaway was once the farm’s original barn, now reimagined into a private stay for two. Inside, salvaged architectural elements, warm finishes, and a thoughtful layout create a blend of history and modern style. The sitting area has an indoor/outdoor feel, the dining table is tucked under the stairs, and the full kitchen is bright, functional, and ready for slow breakfasts or easy dinners.

4. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.
5. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.
6. There cannot be more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any time. Violation may result in immediate removal of all guests without refund. Unauthorized guests exceeding the maximum occupancy will be charged $50 per night, per extra guest.
7. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a late check-out fee equal to 10% of the base price. This fee helps cover housekeeping costs when the agreed-upon check-out time is not observed.
8. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement.
9. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place around the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property.
The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be requested separately.
