We just added a Brand New Hot Tub and are only 1 mile off of I-49 and 3.5 miles from the University Of Arkansas campus! The community is incredibly bike friendly and we encourage you to bring your bikes with you as you can access the Razorback Greenway and many other trails directly from the home! • .25 acre lot and has a very flat and fully fenced backyard making it perfect for yard games and tailgating.

• Charcoal grill on the back porch or pull it around to the front if you're enjoying the garage ping pong and foosball table! Be sure to remember to bring charcoal and lighter fluid as we do not provide them.

LOCATION

• New construction neighborhood on the west side of Fayetteville.

• 1 mile off of I-49 so you've got quick access to go north or south in Northwest Arkansas.

• 3.5 miles from the University Of Arkansas.

• Bike trails surround the area, so you can bike in and out of the home very easily following sidewalks and/or greenways all over Fayetteville and Northwest Arkansas.

• 2 car garage (fun games in the garage, please push aside if you want to park)

• Room for 2 cars in the driveway and street parking is allowed on the one side of the street that doesn't have "no parking" signs.


OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

• We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom (two rolls of Toilet Tissue per bathroom), and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility. Feel free to bring anything you feel you may need during your stay.

• All of our TVs are smart TVs and ready for you to stream from your own accounts.
