The Rosehill Residence

Summary:
Welcome to The Ramsey Rose Residence! A quaint and cozy 2 bedroom/1 bathroom home with everything you need for a comfortable short or extended stay. This home is located off of a high-volume road and does not allow for any street parking. Fully fenced yard!

The Space:
This cozy, one story home features a small living room, kitchen, and dining room. The kitchen includes full sized appliances and modern, front loading washer and dryer units. You will find two bedrooms, one with a full size bed and a second bedroom featuring 2 twin sized beds. The household bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and includes body wash, shampoo and conditioner, makeup remover wipes and fresh linens for all guests.

Military First BnB Solutions is committed to protecting our owners homes during bookings. We've partnered with Know Your Guest by Truvi to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a $500 security deposit ($15 processing fee). We suggest you utilize the damage waiver to protect you in case of accidental damage up to $500 during a booking.

Guest Access:
Guests have complete and exclusive access to this home minus a closet in the dining room.The Yale smart lock is located on the front door. There you will enter your access code to enter the property.

The Neighborhood:
This is a small quiet neighborhood surrounded by many beautiful homes. There is a shopping center and many restaurants located close by. This neighborhood is very quiet so we do not allow any parties and ask that the noise level is kept to a minimum after 9:00pm. Please be aware that only two cars will fit in the driveway. There is no parking on the street. This is a busy road.

Getting Around:
This home is located off of a busy road in a central location making it easy to travel around Fayetteville. With easy access onto 295 Hwy, traveling will be a breeze! Fort Bragg is only 15 minutes away! Downtown and the Cross Creek Mall are also very close with many surrounding restaurants and bars making it easy to stay busy and find things to do during your stay.

Other Things to Note:
In order to continue to offer the earliest possible Check Ins and latest possible Check Outs, we ask all guests to give our cleaners a head start by completing the following tasks upon departure:
1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket.
2. Place all used towels in the black hamper bag or on the bathroom floor.
3. Load and start dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies.
These simple tasks significantly help our staff and we appreciate your cooperation.

Interaction with Guests:
This home is managed by Military First BnB Solutions. Guests will enjoy a self guided check-in by checking themselves into the home with a code for a keypad on the front door. Messages are answered around the clock by a team of dedicated Hosts. We're just a message away!

Check Ins later than 9pm must be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure a smooth check in. Failure to coordinate with the host for later than 9pm check in may mean that no staff is available to assist you in the event of a problem and may require check in the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late Check In.
