Pool opens for the season on 5/9 and closes on 9/22.

This 2024, custom-built home, located walking distance to a quiet Lake Michigan beach has it all - security-fenced private pool, outdoor hot tub, 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, outdoor living and dining areas, and an entertainer's kitchen with separate butler’s pantry and bar area. The primary suite overlooks the swimming pool and is a true retreat - the luxe spa bathroom features a wet room with soaking tub and large walk-in shower.



The Space

Outside, relax with coffee on the back porch, lounge on the sun deck, soak in the hot tub, or swim in the large, 16 x 41 in-ground, heated pool. Dine al fresco on the patio and cook our XL natural-gas BBQ grill.



On the main level, the open living plan features a large living room with fireplace, seating for 12 between the dining area and huge chef’s island, and a fully-stocked dream kitchen with quartz countertops and upgraded appliances. Also on the main level is an office area with desk, two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, laundry area, and powder room accessible from the pool and patio.



The lower level includes a large den and game room area with a 75” TV, game table and foosball table, plus two more bedrooms and one bathroom. Need some music? Check out our turntable with a large collection of vintage, 80s and 90s vinyl.



The home has been beautifully curated by a noted Chicago interior designer. Mid-century art and furnishings are complemented by all new, high quality mattresses, bedding and linens.



A short walk from the house is the Wau-Ke-Na nature preserve, where a flat walking trail through a coastal habitat leads to a serene Lake Michigan beach.



One mile away is West Side County Park, with amenities that include a playground, public beach, restrooms, and lawn area/playing field. Wineries, farmers markets, shopping and the charming towns of Douglas, Saugatuck, Fennville and South Haven are a short drive away.



Guests have access to the entire house. We are available by email, text and phone, but will otherwise stay out of your way!





After booking is confirmed, guest and host will execute a separate rental agreement. It is a standard contract that is required by my insurance company and shouldn't contain any surprises.



No parties or events. Minimum age to rent is 30.
