The Space:
In this beautifully furnished and recently renovated condo, youâll enjoy a bright, open layout featuring a spacious kitchen, three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms.
The primary bedroom offers a true retreat with a king bed, large closet, smart TV, dresser, and a serene view of the courtyard. The attached 4âpiece ensuite includes a large soaker tub and a separate rain shower for a spaâlike experience.
The second bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, dresser, and closet, while the third bedroom features a versatile bunk bed with a queen on the bottom (accessible from both sides) and a double XL on top, plus its own closet.
Down the hall, youâll find a dedicated laundry room with a stacking washer and dryer, as well as a convenient boot/mitt dryer for your mountain adventures.
The openâconcept living area is designed for gathering and relaxation, complete with a large sectional, two swivel chairs, a pool table, and a smart TV with sound system. The dining area features a spacious table that comfortably seats all eight guests.
The chefâs kitchen is fully equipped with highâend appliances, including a wine fridge, two beverage drawers, dishwasher, wall microwave, electric wall oven, proofing drawer, gas range with pot filler, and a Frenchâdoor refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker. This bright, inviting space is perfect for cooking, entertaining, and enjoying time together.

Guest Access:
Guest have exclusive access to the entire condo. Guests can used the shared, gym and hot tub area. Guests also have access to a secured storage area and underground parking.
The Neighborhood:
The 901 building is located right on historic second avenue at the northern residential end. Located a 5 minute walk from Save On Foods, or a short 10 minute walk to the furthest store on 2nd Ave this location has an amazing walkability score. The ski hill is a short 8 minute drive or take the Fernie Stoke shuttle that picks you up right outside the building at 9th St Between 2nd & 3rd Ave. (Please note advanced tickets purchased are needed to ride the shuttle.)
Getting Around:
Parking is located in the heated underground parking garage. You have one dedicated space located conveniently right by the door to the building and the other spaces available are guest parking and is unassigned. Street parking is available but you need to follow City of Fernie winter parking regulations.

Once your booking is confirmed, weâll send you a link to our online property waiver. This quick form helps us verify your reservation and includes uploading a photo of your driverâs license or passport. Weâre only able to release checkâin details once the waiver is completed.
