The open concept first floor provides unobstructed views from the updated kitchen to modern living room through to the sliding glass doors of the patio and ocean view community pool. Enjoy morning coffee and sunrises from the private 2nd floor balcony overlooking ocean in the Master bedroom. Conveniently located 10 minutes from I-95, you will love the convenience of the updated private 1-car garage with keyless entry leading directly into the first floor of the property.

This property is just steps away from a quiet, clean, family/dog friendly beach directly adjacent to North Peninsula State Park providing a 3 mile stretch of secluded beach line perfect for unwinding and long walks on the sand. The rental includes plenty of beach supplies for fun in the sun including beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, a beach wagon, beach towels, pool noodles, and a beach umbrella, the only thing you need to bring to enjoy this property is your beach sandals!

Perfectly situated between Downtown Flagler (5 min drive north) and Ormond beach (15 min drive south), this property offers a short oceanside drive down A1a to beautiful beach front culture and restaurants in both wonderful cities. Located just 40 miles south of St. Augustine, this property provides a great location for a daytrip to the historic sights and culture of the oldest city in America. Also take-in nature with the surrounding parks within 10 miles such as Wadsworth Park, Betty-Steflik Memorial Preserve, and Bulow Creek State Park.

The master bedroom includes a comfortable queen sized bed, large closet space with hangers, a private ocean view balcony, an updated Samsung Smart TV w/ cable, updated bedroom furniture, and a desk with a perfect view of the balcony and ocean.

Hosts provided all that you would need, plus. Excellent communication with hosts; prompt response to any inquiries. Safe residential neighborhood, easy access to property. Location south of main drag so quiet. At this time of the season we had the pool all to ourselves. Easy access to beach, all needs for that trip available: chairs, wheel cart, umbrella, beach towels. For sure a " Peaceful Beachfront Getaway"!

Lovely condo! Well stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Loved that there was a garage and washer/dryer. So many extra towels for your use and the beds were so comfortable that I asked our host what brand they were. The pool was great and very clean. The whole time we were there we had the pool all to ourselves. Perfect location to go to St. Augustine, Daytona, Ormond Beach and other places. Had talked to our host a few times while we were there. The beachfront condo was everything we hoped for! Exceptionally clean with the perfect quiet location. The view of the ocean, especially the sunrises were amazing. Close to great restaurants and locally owned shops. We had the pool and beach all to ourselves! Everything we needed was provided, ie., wonderful kitchen, beach chairs, towels, and toiletries. We visited Bulow Plantation Ruins and Washington Oaks Gardens, both are close by and well worth it. Our host, Daniela was terrific. Thanks so much!

The home is beautiful and even though you have neighbors it did Nat feel like it with no one bothering you. The only thing I was missing was a nonstick pan which I bought But they have a very nice and expensive set of stainless steel pans so it’s not their fault I can’t cook in them. The garage was great with the huge cabinets and countertops because we could drop everything there when coming in and therefore not clutter anything in the home. I gave my daughter the master so she has a view of the ocean. I would highly recommend renting from this owner who answered all my questions quickly. A beautiful place with I myself would love to own one like. Also the furniture and mattresses are all new and very high quality.

Perfect beach get away!

Stayed here with friends for a vacation and I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect place. The place is exactly as listed, with beach access right across the street. The house had literally everything we needed, and the host was easily reachable and very responsive. If you are looking for a quiet beach community, this is the perfect place. Being about 8 minutes from the town of Flagler and 25 minutes from Daytona Beach, you are truly in the most perfect spot. I will be referring everyone to this place. All around perfect stay in a beautiful location. A huge thank you to the hosts, it couldn’t have been better.

The perfect getaway

Off Season/No Holiday Stay

Absolutely beautiful location! We were looking for a quiet peaceful place and we found it. Spotless Townhouse fully furnished and equipped. For those of you that are flying to this destination, all you need is your personal belongings and a great frame of mind. Plenty of places to eat and drink close by.
