HOUSE RULES

✔ Quiet Hours: Enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to maintain a peaceful environment.
✔ No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
✔ Maximum Occupancy: 6 adults plus their dependent children are allowed.
✔ No Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings: This property is for quiet and respectful stays only.
✔ Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week on Tuesdays and have access to the backyard. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
✔ A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
✔ Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150.
✔ No access to the garage.

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.

✔ The Nest thermostat, the owners are able to control on their end.
