Here is the layout of the space. The home is all on one level so no pesky stairs!

There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms in the home:

1) Master: Queen (Sleeps 2). Full bath with walk-in shower and a walk-in closet.

2) Guest bedroom #1: Full (Sleeps 2). Small walk in closet

3) Guest bedroom #2: Queen (Sleeps 2). Sliding door closet.

Both of the Guest bedrooms have access to a full bathroom across the hallway.

The backyard is a smaller, more narrow yard that wraps around about 1/2 of the home. Perfect for letting your dogs out to have some space during your time here.

Parking: The home has a two-car garage and 1-2 parking spaces out in front of the garage. Winter ordinances in flagstaff do not permit street parking during the months of October-May.

Laundry: Guest have access to a full washer and dryer (Free) During your stay

*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.*

*There is an additional fee for having pets. Please make sure your pets are included in the reservation and the fee will automatically be applied to your stay.*

*If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation*

*Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes.
-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee
-No Parties: We have a strict `No-party policy`. Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-Pet policy: Pets are allowed with an additional fee (NO CATS) our policy is `all 4 on the floor` this means that pets must stay off of all furniture including beds and couches. Evidence of pets on beds or couches will result in additional cleaning fees. Please make sure your pet is included in your reservation and the fee with automatically be applied to your stay.
