Welcome to your Mountain View Retreat! With views of the San Francisco Peaks and a park right across the street, this dog-friendly home offers the perfect escape. The park features a playground, swings, a basketball court, and a dog run, making it ideal for families and dog lovers. Relax on the covered patio with a gas grill and fire table, perfect for evening gatherings. Located just a short drive from historic downtown and the Arboretum, this modern home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Imagine looking out to the sight of the San Francisco Peaks, their majestic presence silhouetted against a clear blue sky. This is the view that greets you when you stay at our charming mountain view retreat.

Outside, the covered patio beckons. It`s outfitted with a gas grill and a fire table, making it the perfect spot for al fresco dining or evening conversations under the stars. There`s seating for four, and the fenced backyard ensures privacy and safety for your pets.

Just across the street, the neighborhood park offers a playground with swings, a basketball court, and a large field for running and playing. The dog run is a bonus for your four-legged companions, giving them a space to play and meet other pups.

As you step into the open-concept living space, you`re welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room is designed for relaxation, with a plush sectional sofa arranged around a gas fireplace, perfect for cozying up with a book or streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV.

The dining area is just a few steps away, set up with a spacious table where everyone can gather for meals or game nights. This area flows seamlessly into the kitchen, a home cook`s delight equipped with everything you need to cook a family meal. From a waffle maker to an Instapot, and even a blender for morning smoothies, this kitchen has all the small appliances you could need. The granite countertops and modern cabinetry add a touch of elegance, while the large windows over the cabinetry lets in plenty of natural light.

The first-floor master suite is a private oasis. With a king-sized bed dressed in soft linens, you`ll feel at home the moment you walk in. The ensuite bathroom features double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet—ideal for stowing away your luggage and shopping finds. As you drift off to sleep, you can rest assured that everything you need is within reach.

Heading up to the second floor, you`ll find two additional bedrooms. The first is outfitted with another king-sized bed, offering comfort and ample space. The second has a cozy queen bed, perfect for family or guests. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub-shower combo, providing convenience and comfort. The loft area at the top of the stairs serves as a versatile space—it features a dedicated workspace for those who need to stay connected, and space for floor mattresses for the little kiddos. Stare out at the mountains from the windows in this space!

For exploring the area, you`re just a short drive from historic downtown Flagstaff, with its quaint shops, restaurants, and vibrant atmosphere. The Arboretum at Flagstaff is also nearby, offering beautiful gardens and trails to enjoy.

With a washer and dryer available for your use, and thoughtful amenities throughout, this mountain view retreat is designed for your comfort and enjoyment. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s your home away from home in the heart of Flagstaff.

Guests will have access to the entire home except one locked closet in the garage.

In addition to the garage and driveway, guests are welcome to park in the overflow parking directly across form the driveway.

Please do NOT park in the street or the driveway of the neighboring attached home to the right.

We provide space to our guests, and are available when needed. We will check with you a couple times in the beginning of your stay to make sure everything is well.

The best way to get a hold of us through text with the number you received you reservation confirmation message from or via Vrbo messaging. These messages go to our entire team, and you will likely get the fastest response this way 😊

We have a hard-working team, but in an effort to give them and us time with our families, we ask that you be patient with responses between the hours of 7pm and 8:30am.

After booking you will be sent a link to your guest registration page. This is directly through our management software. Guest registration must be completed to receive information to access property. However, property access information is not available earlier than 5 days prior to check-in.

We collect the following information during registration;
All adult guests: Names
Main Guest: Email, phone number, DOB, copy of Gov`t ID
Vehicle information

HOA Ordinance: No street parking. Please try to utilize the driveway and garage only. Additional off-street parking is available in the spaces across from the home . Please help keep the streets clear for easy navigation by residents.

Cleaning fee will be an additional $50 for stays 10 days or longer. This is to make sure we are providing the utmost cleanliness experience for all of our guests.

By booking, you acknowledge and agree to our house rules, the presence of exterior cameras, and to complete our guest registration.

If you are bringing a dog, it must be on the reservation so the pet fee is included in your total. You can add pets under guests.

A $300 security deposit hold will be paced on your card a few days prior to your check-out date. This hold will be released, less any incidentals, if any, about 4 days after your check-out.

There is a $100 cancelation fee.

#1 – Shoes Off
• We ask that you please do not wear shoes while inside the house. Thank you so much!

#2 – Pets
• Dogs are allowed if they are on the reservation. Dogs are not allowed on beds, furniture, or upstairs.
* Service animals are allowed. We would appreciate a heads up if you are bringing a service animal so we can prepare the cleaning team and prepare for the extra costs. NOTICE: Emotional Support animals are not Service animals.

#3 – No Smoking, No Vaping, No Recreational Drug Use
• Our house is a drug-free, smoke-free, and vape-free property. This means no smoking, no vaping, or recreational drugs inside or outside of the home. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any clean up or remediation.

#4 - Number of Guests
• Ensure total guests matches that on your booking. If you have more guests than what you have booked for, you will not be covered under insurance coverage of the platform you used to book, and you may be charged an extra fee. This is bad for everyone!

#5 – No Parties
• Please respect our neighbors. This is a residential working neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Noise levels must be minimal after 9PM. There is a noise level ordinance and we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will result in one or more of the following; termination of your reservation, forfeiting security deposit, and/or a possible fee. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for understanding!

#6 - Please Clean Up Dishes
• If you use any dishes during your stay, the cleaning team would be extremely grateful if you would clean them. This would be of great help. Please make sure not to put away dirty dishes. Future guests will be very appreciative!

#7 - Check Out is 10AM
• Our cleaning team will arrive shortly after 10AM to clean the property. We can’t stop them, they are a cleaning machine! (You may request a late check-out. Please submit your request no later than 24 hours before your check-out time. The fee for this accommodation is $25 and would allow you to check out up until 12pm.

#8 - Lights and Electronics
• We would really appreciate if you could turn off all lights and electronics when you leave the house each day, and upon check out.

The cleanest short-term rental ever. Very well appointed and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Very convenient to downtown and I-17/I-40. Nice garage with room for 2 large vehicles plus driveway parking for 2 and extra spaces a few steps away. Beautiful, safe, and walkable neighbor for you, dogs, and any age children. The area is also perfectly quiet around the clock. Never once heard any neighbors or traffic.

Phenomenal Stay!

Britini & Jacob have seriously thought of everything! Tons of room, everything you need for your stay and then some. High quality cooking utensils/cookware, tons of appliances, and plenty of everything. Backyard was big enough for the kids to play in the snow, dog to hop around and do her thing, grill some steaks, and sit by the gas firepit (wish it got a little hotter one of the nights!). Garage was huge and it was great to be able to park inside overnight during the cold nights. Centrally located to everything you may need to get to (gas, grocery, fun stuff). Excellent communication and would definitely stay again!
