Cozy Bungalow Minutes from Chattanooga!

This 1921 bungalow is 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, Rock City, and Ruby Falls yet with a rural wooded feel. Redesigned and renovated with new furnishings and appliances make your stay comfortable and worry-free. One queen bedroom with a large window overlooking the back deck; a living room with a seasonal wood-burning fireplace, queen sofa bed, and vaulted ceiling make this tiny bungalow feel spacious, airy, and light-filled. The whole house is fully equipped for longer stays.

The Space:
Enjoy your morning coffee on the small back deck. Beyond that is a fire pit for you to enjoy on chilly evenings. Further back of the yard is a short walking trail. There are birds in abundance and the occasional rabbit scurrying out from the brush. On some nights you may hear our local owl softly hooting to his friends. Looking out the North window you can see Rock City on Lookout Mt.

Free parking in the driveway alongside the bungalow.

Quiet wooded rural neighborhood just minutes from Chattanooga downtown and Lookout Mt.

Getting Around:
15 minutes to downtown Chattanooga. Parking is in our private driveway.

A 55 inch HD TV is provided for your enjoyment in the Living Room above the wood burning Fireplace.

We do provide two nights worth of firewood for you to enjoy during your stay.

There is one exterior security camera on premises. It is located on the front porch.
