Wohnung in einem prestigeträchtigen und eleganten Altbau, in dem einer der wichtigsten florentinischen Parfümeure untergebracht ist.
Das Hotel liegt im sehr zentralen Viertel Santa Croce, sodass Sie die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt bequem zu Fuß erreichen können.
Bequemer Aufzug zur Etage, großer Eingang. Dank der geräumigen und hellen drei Doppelschlafzimmer (alle Betten sind trennbar) bietet es Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Es hat zwei Badezimmer, eines mit Dusche geteilt und ein eigenes mit Badewanne.
Die mit modernen Geräten ausgestattete Küche ist vom großen und komfortablen Wohnbereich mit Esstisch, Sofa und Fernseher getrennt.

Bei der Ankunft erhalten unsere Gäste ein kostenloses Set, das zur Deckung ihrer Grundbedürfnisse verwendet wird (Toilettenpapier, Seife und Shampoo usw.).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer verkehrsberuhigten Zone.
Der Check-in ist nach Vereinbarung von 14:00 bis 20:00 Uhr möglich. Bei einer Ankunft nach 20:00 Uhr wird ein Aufpreis berechnet.
Serviceeinschränkung: Die
Klimaanlage in Italien unterliegt einer Verordnung, die eine Mindesttemperatur von 20 °C und eine Höchsttemperatur von 22 °C vorsieht.
Die zulässigen Temperaturwerte in unserer Wohnung betragen 19°C (+2°C-Toleranz) bis zu einem Maximum von 21°C.
Gemäß Dekret Nr. 383 vom 6.10.22 des Ministeriums für ökologischen Wandel ist für die Wintersaison der Zeitraum zum Einschalten der Pflanzen für die Stadt Florenz vom 8. November bis 7. April zulässig, maximal 11 Stunden am Tag.

Achten Sie auf die Hausschlüssel. Bei Verlust oder Nichtlieferung der Schlüssel wird aus Sicherheitsgründen eine Gebühr von 50€ für den Austausch des Schlosses erhoben.
Für dringende Interventionen, die vom Gast außerhalb der Bürozeiten (von 22:00 bis 08:00 Uhr) verursacht werden, ist eine Zahlung von 100€ erforderlich.
Gemäß dem italienischen Gesetz Nr. 21472011 (Art. 40.1) verlangt die italienische Polizei von uns, die Identität unserer Gäste mitzuteilen. Die Informationen, die die Gäste teilen müssen, sind : ein Ausweisdokument mit einem gültigen Foto für die Ausreise und die Adresse des Wohnsitzes.

Um maximalen Komfort für alle Gäste zu gewährleisten, empfehlen wir, die Dusche einzeln zu benutzen. Das Haus ist mit einem Boiler ausgestattet, eine gleichzeitige Verwendung von heißem Wasser könnte die Temperatur vorübergehend senken.

Sehr zentral gelegene, große und schöne Wohnung. Die Bäder entsprechen nicht ganz dem Standard und die Küche ist leider in Bezug auf Geschirr und Kochuntensilien nicht gut ausgestattet.

The apartment is very spacious in a really cool old building. The views from the numerous windows really give a sense of the history of the neighborhood. The basilica and square is just a few steps from your door and in many ways is more impressive than the famous Duomo. We were stunned to see the burial place of Galileo and Michaelangelo. Great gelato, coffee, schiacciata, and Florentine steak are all within a block or two. There's also a grocery just around the corner. I really enjoyed my mornings grabbing an espresso and pastries to bring back for the family. Do not hesitate to book.

Florence was our first stop on a two week trip to Italy, and this location has set the bar for the rest of the trip. Amazing location short walk to everything but on a quiet street. Historic building with so much character from the moment you walk in through the huge wooden doors to the court yard and then climb the steps to the room. Check in was a breeze, hardest part was learning all the keys, but our host was great walking us through it. Felt very secure and safe. Fully equipped kitchen with mini nespresso machine with coffee pods. Washer for clothes with some complementary soap. Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. AC worked really well which was important in August with 37 C. To top it all of host provided complementary bottle of prosecco. Couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Wonderful!!

Perfect location and layout for our family of 6 adults. Easy walk everywhere and absolutely loved the perfume shop on the bottom floor of this beautiful historic building and the wine window and amazing dinner at La Buchetta right across the street. Excellent communication with host and all recommendations were outstanding. So hard to leave this amazing place, will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Florence.

Wonderful stay in Florence

If you want an extensive stay in Florence this is the place for you. The host was helpful and very informative. You are literally in a 400 year old building with all the modern conveniences. There was lots of space and also privacy. Walking out the door you are surrounded by history. It is a very short walk to most of the major attractions and the hop on hop off stop is just around the corner. Would definitely recommend to family and friends

Great place - here are a few things to consider

Loved the place overall, and would recommend it highly for a group of 5 or 6 staying for a week. Relatively quiet street close to all the sites and a supermarket. Nice accommodations. The list below is FYI and not really meant as criticisms:1. There is a washing machine but no dryer.2. Linens and towels were provided but only one set.3. It's the THIRD floor but it is SIX American flights of stairs (i.e., tall floors). Elevator max 3 people / 250 kg.4. No screens in windows mosquitos! 5. No rugs slippery floors and loud acoustics.6. It is darker than the pictures indicate, especially in the living room.

Great location.

We found it difficult to touch base with our host/iStay in advance of our arrival. I'd booked an extra day by accident and it took weeks to get that changed, right down to the wire of having to cancel. However, once we arrived, it was a breeze. It is on the 4th floor, with a small elevator. So heads up for those who don't like steps. The location can't be beat if you want to be in the center of it all. We love the Santa Croce n'hood so worked out for us. If we stay in Central Florence on our next trip, we'd consider staying here again...

Clean & spacious authentic apartment within walkable distance to places

Really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was clean and spacious for our family - two adults and three young kids. The amenities were great, we were able to use their washing machine and their kitchen facilities. The host was also kind and welcoming to leave us a bottle of Prosecco to welcome our stay.

Wow. Magical

Right in the heart of Santa Croce, a short walk to anything worth seeing, we absolutely loved our experience at your home. We had fun even entering the property with all the different keys. It may sound a bit much for some people, but knowing we were on the property of what was a palace (complete with a historic courtyard) we understood the vibe. Even the elevator - being second oldest in all of Florence (and beyond?) was fun to be a part of. Also, we were upstairs of an exclusive hotel that almost was a secret to the world. Very cool. The neighborhood felt lively and had some of the best restaurants around. And the gelato nearby was absolutely top notch. Lastly, being on a higher floor, we had wonderful views of rooftops through each of our bedroom windows. So great.

The apartment is in a beautiful palazzo. It is very spacious and comfortable with separate kitchen and dining area. It is located in a quiet street but close to all the main attractions of Florence. Great Location

This is in the ideal location - within close walking distance of the tourist destinations, but still situated on a quiet street. There was no noise whatsoever at while we slept. A little more worn than the photos suggest, but the apartment was clean, spacious, and everything worked. We traveled with our family of five and my BIL, and we all felt like we had the space we needed. We cooked at least one meal each day at home, and the kitchen was well-stocked with the tools we needed. Check-in was quick and straightforward, and since we arrived early, they were kind enough to allow us to leave our luggage while they finished cleaning.

Great location and spacious

Pleasant stay here. Three large, airy bedrooms with high ceilings and terrific location. Close to the heart of Florence but this street was relatively quiet. Nice touches from the host too - a bottle of Prosecco, plenty of coffee and espresso and detergent for the washer. Apartment is a bit antiquated but all in all pleased with our stay here.

This was a Girls Friends Trip. The apartment was centrally located and the owner's could not have been more informative and kind. the apartment was clean and there was 5 of us staying in it. We had more than enough room. It was a beautiful building built in the 1600's. A perfect way to make yourself comfortable in the most beautiful city of Florence. Thanks for a great stay.
