Es befindet sich an einer reizvollen Straßenkreuzung mit der Hauptstraße Via dei Calzaiuoli, die berĂŒhmt ist fĂŒr ihre vielen GeschĂ€fte und ModegeschĂ€fte, die die Piazza della Signoria und den Dom verbinden.
Das Uffizienmuseum und die Piazza della Signoria sind 50 Meter von uns entfernt. Innerhalb von 100 Metern befinden Sie sich auf der Piazza del Duomo. BuchstĂ€blich in fĂŒnf Minuten zu Fuß erreichen Sie die Ponte Vecchio.

Wir sind stolz darauf, unseren GĂ€sten ein sehr komfortables und gemĂŒtliches Apartment anbieten zu können, das aus einem Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und feinster BaumwollbettwĂ€sche und -kissentaschen besteht. Dieses Zimmer ist wie eine Mini-Suite in der Hauptwohnung, da es ein separates Bad und eine Umkleidekabine hat.
Ein weiteres kleineres Schlafzimmer mit einem Bett, das sich in zwei separate Einzelbetten verwandelt, und ein weiteres Hauptbadezimmer mit großer Dusche.

Unsere Badezimmer sind alle mit Devon & Devon Accessoires ausgestattet, die sie gleichzeitig sehr funktional und schön machen.

Nach einem Tag voller Arbeit oder VergnĂŒgen in Florenz können Sie sich in unserem gerĂ€umigen Wohnzimmer entspannen, wo Sie gemĂŒtlich essen können, wenn Sie Lust auf Kochen haben, und eine köstliche Flasche toskanischen Wein trinken.

Es befindet sich im zweiten und zweiten Stock eines Zwischengeschosses ohne Aufzug eines historischen florentinischen GebÀudes, aber mit ziemlich bequemen Stufen.
GĂ€ste, die in unserem Apartment ankommen, werden von uns begrĂŒĂŸt und wir tragen das GepĂ€ck fĂŒr Sie die Stufen hinauf.

Alessandro and his wife personally welcomed our family into his incredibly well maintained apartment. He even provided an exceptional list of their favorite local places. The apartment is in a wonderful location just around the corner from the Piazza della Signoria where we heard nightly concerts under the Loggia. The apartment itself is clean and updated. We lived this place. The location is ideal. About 2 min walk to uffizie and 5 min to duemo. We would go out and use the apt as a place to COOL down for a few min and head back out again!

Amazing Property in a Great Location

If I am in Florence again, I will stay here......This property was the best one during our two-week stay in Italy. It has been updated, with memory foam mattresses and very comfortable pillows. The location was great; we were minutes from the Duomo, shopping, and food. Our host, Alessandro, welcomed us, provided details about the property, and provided information on restaurants, laundry services, taxis, etc. The walk to and from the train station is not bad, about a 15-20 minute walk and not too difficult.

Wonderful Place


This was the best VRBO I’ve stayed at in Florence. The owner is wonderful—very helpful and communicative. He takes pride, too, in his property—which is centrally located in Florence. It is on the 3rd floor (lots of stairs!). My only negative comment is that the shower is very small—made even smaller because of the waterfall shower (which in essence cuts the space in half). It would help to have the shower nozzle on one end of the shower (vs in the middle). Even with that, I’d stay here again, as it is an excellent and well kept apartment.

Location, location, location!

Beautiful, and CLEAN apartment and so close to everything. Plenty of space for four adults, and has all the amenities. The beds were sooooo comfortable. Communication between Alessandro and Nermin was easy and the check-in and check-out process was a piece of cake. The stairs up to the apartment are easy to navigate, but definitely not for the faint of heart. However, the location was worth every step! Be aware if you're a big person, the shower is a tight space! My husband and son-in-law are both 6'2" and muscular. They had to squeeze into the shower. But again...the location was worth the squeeze! This place is a definite recommendation.

Great location and wonderful apartment close to everything you would want to see and experience in Florence. We had good communication with the host who was excellent to deal with and very welcoming. Wonderful, cute, cozy apartment in the heart of Florence

Allesandro and his partner waited for us upon check-in and give us a nice quote of their beautiful apartment. Everything is clean and as advertised. We had no issues During our stay. Around the corner from Piazza Vecchio. 5 mins walk to Duomo and Ufizzi.

You can walk to everything you want to see in Florence from this apartment. It is around the corner from the Piazza Vecchio and five minutes walk to the Duomo or Ufizzi. Two bathrooms but only a small shower in one of them. It is certainly a climb up the steps for several floors to the apartment (as warned by the host before you arrive). No elevator. Trash is around the block - not in the building. Apartment stayed cool with the AC. There was construction noise when we stayed (July 2024). Nice clean apartment in great location.

Nice place, outstanding location

This third-floor walk-up is just a short walk to almost everything you'll do in Florence -- and a 15-minute walk to the main train station (with luggage!) -- and this home is in the perfect location for your vacation in Florence. The street outside is mostly quiet for an in-city neighborhood because it's not one of the main roads and the nearby businesses do not draw crowds. The home has 2 BR and 1.5 bathrooms, the owners are wonderful and came over to show us everything about the place and provided tips for things to do and places to eat. Beds were very comfortable. We're not going back to Florence for a few years, but we would definitely stay here again.
