Die Wohnung liegt zentral und ist fĂŒr einen Aufenthalt in Florenz optimal. Trotz der verkehrsgĂŒnstigen Innenstadtlage nahe am Bahnhof stets ruhig. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Zentrale Ferienwohnung mitten in Florenz

schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr zentral gelegen, alle SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar.Die Sauberkeit der KĂŒche ließ etwas zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Außerdem fehlte ein bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit.

Zentral gelegene Wohnung in Florenz

Gute Kontaktaufnahme, Übergabe der WohnungsschlĂŒssel durch eine Vermittlerin hat gut funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gerĂ€umig, jedoch kommt sie einem bei den Bildern im Internet grĂ¶ĂŸer vor - wurde sehr geschickt fotografiert. Blick vom kleinen Balkon bietet nicht nur den Dom, sondern auch den Blick auf die DĂ€cher mit Klimaanlagen. Wir haben es genossen, dass wir zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei, wenn auch kleine, BĂ€der hatten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist genial, alle SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, und viele nette Kneipen und Restaurants gleich ums Eck. Angenehm waren die Klimaanlagen, was jedoch auch einen Nachteil mit sich bringt. Wenn man andere ElektrogerĂ€te benĂŒtzt sollten wegen den Sicherungen die Klimaanlagen aus sein. Etwas unangenehm ist die schmale Straße in der das Haus liegt, hier hat es stĂ€ndig nach Urin gestunken. Kann auch daran liegen, dass zur Zeit eine Baustelle ist und die Straße gesperrt war. Alles in allem denke ich ist es fĂŒr Florenzer VerhĂ€ltnisse eine gute Wohnung, aber keine Luxuswohnung, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht.

The location was so wonderul - 2 blocks to the Duomo, a few blocks to see The David, a few blocks from the train station. The host was attentive and answered questions. Meeting us at the front door and leaving instructions. The flat was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was small - but the dining area and little terrace was so nice to sit back with a coffee. All-in-all, a fabulous stay.

Cupola apartment does not disappoint!

Location location location. This location cannot be beat! Block away from Duomo and short walk from train station, you are located at the heart of shopping, dining, sites, and nightlife. This units interior facing balcony toward the nearby cupola allows for privacy and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the adjacent streets. The apartment is secure and includes all the basics. I would book again if I return to beautiful Florence.

Retirement Trip

The location is perfect for walking, tram & train station & all the museums. Our host could not have been any better in his communication with us & his response time for any questions. The stairs are a little challenging with luggage but other than that everything this is a comfortable, well equipped and clean apartment.

Wouldn't recommend- not as shown

Wow I've stayed a many VRBOs but this was the worst. 1. Let's start off that the VRBO ad NEVER mentioned no elevators. If you plan to have luggage like most people do when they travel to Europe, get ready to carry it almost 3 levels of stairs. 2. The pictures of the apartment look different than the actual apartment. Walls were filthy, walls look scratched and needs a complete new paint job. The furniture if worn out and looks old. 3. The AC in the "master bedroom" barely worked and we had to sweat two nights until we slept in the living room. 4. The street is very loud and you hear EVERYTHING all day and morning. 5. The apartment was DIRTY, literally dust balls. Definitely was not clean. The host tell offer to have someone come clean but I didn't feel comfortable with anyone in the apartment with our things. 6. Bathrooms very outdated and are extremely tiny, especially the shower. Would NOT recommend this VRBO to anyone.

We stayed in the property for 5 nights. It is in a pristine location in the heart of the city. The accommodations were great, air conditioning worked well. The host team was extremely responsive and checked in via text, but we didnt' really need them as all was well.

We had higher hopes for this rental but were ultimately disappointed. The apartment does not look like it was renovated in 2016, maybe 2006. 1. AC in one of the bedrooms didn’t work right. The remote wouldn’t connect to the unit so the temp or fan speed wouldn’t go up or down. The filter was absolutely disgusting so maybe that is the issue. 2. One of the shower drains was clogged. Water was so slow to drain we had to turn the shower off every 30 seconds or so to drain out. We did tell them and they came to address both items the next day but neither were properly fixed. We told them again and they did try to come the next day but it was our last day and laundry was everywhere trying to prepare to leave so we asked them not to and we’d deal with it for our last night (we only stayed 3 nights). 3. I wiped surfaces down myself and wow, glad I did. The apartment was only clean to the eye. It needs a DEEP clean. 4. The master bedroom looks like it has mold/mildew on and by the AC unit. Not sure if it was addressed and not cleaned up but it needs cleaned up. 5. The mosquitos were bad IN the apartment. Assuming the windows/doors aren’t sealed well but we killed several. I will say the communication outside of VRBO was very good. They were always quick to reply and they were kind enough to let us drop our bags before check in which was much appreciated! Overall, I would not stay here again until things are addressed.

Perfect location!!

From start to finish this was the perfect place for us to call home in Firenze! Beds were comfortable and nice size. Bathrooms were smallish (but this is Europe) but showers spacious enough! Location is what makes this perfect place. Walk to anything and everything!!!

Amazing location

This apartment has a wonderful location in the heart of Florence. Easy walk to the train, Duomo, etc. The apartment was very clean upon arrival and the check in was smooth. Gianfranco checked in with us on multiple occasions and was a pleasure to work with! Will definitely recommend to friends.

Wonderful Stay in Florence

Location is great, close to train station and all places you want to visit while in Florence. Be ready to go up the stairs but no issue for us as we knew that was part of the stay. 15 minutes walk to everything we wanted to see. Very comfortable beds. Great place overall.

Great Location but Lacking A Bit

This was a great apartment located about a block or two from the Duomo. Easy access to all the primary sites in central Florence. The apartment itself was a bit cramped, but I guess that was as advertised. To make this a top-notch spot, I would suggest providing the "extras." For example, it would have been special to arrive at the apartment and find a bottle of wine, and perhaps a few basics in the refrigerator. This is what I look for in order to give top grades. Otherwise it was an adequate place, clean, perfectly situated, but cramped.

Charming and convenient apartment near everything in Florence

The apartment is an easy walk from the train station and a few minutes walk from many of the key attractions in Florence. It was also easy to walk to the others - never more than 20 minutes regardless of our chosen destination. The property management was excellent at communicating with us and graciously allowed us to drop our bags at the apartment early. Even though our train was early and we arrived at the apartment even earlier than we had specified, Cesare met us just as we walked up (he had hustled there from another apartment as soon as he heard we were on our way from the station). He did an excellent job orienting us to the apartment and to Florence. He gave us several recommendations for "locals" restaurants and we tried all of them -- and were very pleased with both quality and price. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. We especially liked the charming balcony overlooking the dome of the Medici Chapel and enjoyed a few glasses of wine there while overlooking the beautiful city.
