The Space:

This apartment consists of a living area with kitchenette and double sofa bed, dining table and windows overlooking the rooftops of Florence. A staircase leads to the main sleeping area with a double bed. The apartment is tastefully and attentively furnished and includes a bathroom with shower. It is equipped with appliances, ultra-fast internet and heating/cooling devices.



Guest Access:

At Florence Charming Apartments, we are always available to offer you all the support and assistance you need, although you can access the apartment completely independently thanks to our self check-in system, which also includes self-registration of identity documents.



Inside the apartment, you will find every comfort and modern technology, including fibre optic broadband.



Other Things to Note:

You will access the apartment via self check-in, so from 3 p.m. onwards you can freely enter your Florence Charming Apartment by following the information you will receive via email once the procedure is complete.



Our office guarantees a prompt response via email, chat and telephone from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Sunday. Outside these hours, we only respond to emergencies via telephone or chat.



During check-in, we'll ask you to register the IDs of each guest who will stay in the apartment. Those data, once registered online, are crypted and will be transmitted to the official system of the Italian State Police, as required by the current law.
