The Arrival
As you turn onto our street, the lake immediately opens up to reveal a stunningly wide view of Lake Lanier. On a clear day, mountains are visible on the horizon. The property features a large driveway with ample parking for your entire group. In the carport, you will find a 240V outlet and a Type 2 Tesla charging cable.

Outdoor Living and Private Dock
Life here happens on the water. You will appreciate the level and short walk to the private dock. Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the sun porch and your afternoons navigating the shoreline in our provided kayaks (1 tandem and 2 single). Just a short paddle from our private dock, you will find several islands with crystal-clear water and sandy beaches that are perfect for a private picnic or a refreshing swim. Keep an eye out for the hawks that frequent the cove and an occasional bald eagle.

Great Room and Gourmet Kitchen
The heart of the home features soaring vaulted ceilings and panoramic views. For the culinary enthusiast, the kitchen offers professional-grade appliances and is designed for effortless hosting. Coffee lovers will enjoy our brew bar, which is fully equipped with a pour-over kettle, Keurig, French press, and traditional drip coffee.

Sleep and Sanctuary
The primary suite is an oasis of relaxation where you can wake up to direct water views from a luxurious king mattress. The spa-like en-suite bathroom features a deep soaking tub and a rainfall shower to help you unwind after a long day at the lake. Having bedrooms and a living areas on both levels is ideal for multiple families.

Old Federal Park
A short walk to the end of the street leads you to Old Federal Park. We provide a beach wagon so you can easily haul your gear to the sandy swimming beaches, boat ramps, and sand volleyball court. On a clear day, make sure to enjoy the sunset. This is our favorite spot for unobstructed sunset views.

Entertainment
When the sun goes down, the entertainment moves inside to the basement living room. Watch movies on the 85-inch TV with a premium sound system or enjoy the vinyl record player. We provide a curated selection of vinyl for you to enjoy, and you are more than welcome to bring your own favorites from home.

Relaxation and Games
When you aren't on the boat, there is no shortage of ways to unwind. Soak in the large hot tub with lake views, lay in the hammock, or read a book in one of our swinging chairs. For those feeling competitive, the property features a full-size ping pong table, corn hole, and multiple disc golf baskets. Inside, you will find a two-player arcade machine loaded with classics, poker chips, a curated library of books, board games, and much more.
