Go 1 mile down the road to the Fly Creek General Store and grab a fishing pole! Also included is a fire pit, outdoor charcoal grill, outdoor games like corn hole, Jenga and Connect 4! This place is made for the outdoors!

Come for the cute, quaint and comfy home. Stay for the creekside living. Perfect for fishing, swimming, catching crayfish or just relaxing and listening to the water. The home has everything you need including a 70 inch TV with streaming services, internet, a full kitchen and big comfortable beds. Games inside and outside to enjoy and make family trips extra special and make memories for a lifetime. I created this space with family in mind in hopes that you will want to unwind, be with the ones you love and take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You might never want to leave!

There are air conditioners in every bedroom and one in the main part of the home. Portable fans are also provided.

Please note this is on a main road and not out on the back roads in Fly Creek. The yard is private and like the photos show, has the best access to Oaks Creek that I have seen so far! You can walk right in or sit right at the bank and cast a fishing pole. The Fly Creek General Store is 1 mile away with all your basic needs.

There are outdoor tables for dining and the campfire area that has Adirondack chairs.

There is a charcoal grill on the deck and often charcoal is there to use from previous guests but not to be an expected amenity.

We have all your basic amenities; blow dryer, iron, full kitchen, coffee maker, usb chargers, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, kettle and tea, popcorn maker, even s'mores sticks!

There are a lot of investors in the area who live in the cities which is great but I find it to be so valuable that I also call Fly Creek my home and can give you recommendations and suggestions based on what my family and I also love to do!

We love our guests and strive to provide a 5 star experience for all who come here, if you have any additional requests please feel free to ask!

You have the entire house and back yard. Please don't go in the basement for safety reasons, steep stairs. Garage is not yet set up for use.

My family and I live in Fly Creek. I am available as needed but will not be there in order to give you your space. I can be there anytime I am needed though.

Right in the main drag of Fly Creek, this is on a main road and not out in the hills. Great central location. I myself call Fly Creek my home because of its charm, growing amenities and overall wonderful people.

There is a town trolly but you will need to drive to the trolly station and anywhere else. This is the country, not many taxis or Uber/Lyft drivers.

There is enough parking for 3 cars. Wood for fire pit is not included but can be purchased in town. Fly Creek is a beautiful hamlet of Cooperstown and a great place to stay to be close to the action!
