Updates include new kitchen appliances, a renovated primary bathroom, new light fixtures, new window treatments, and additional improvements throughout.
One of the home's most-loved features is the 30-foot screened front porch facing the ocean. It is perfect for sipping morning coffee, reading, relaxing, or spending time together throughout the day. The porch offers dining seating for eight, additional comfortable chairs, and ocean views.

The expansive rear porch provides another welcoming gathering space with a dining table for eight, a teak bar with seating for four, a gas BBQ grill, and an outdoor living area accommodating eight or more guests.

After a day at the beach, rinse away the sand and salt in the fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Blue Flamingo is ready to welcome returning guests who have already made cherished memories here and introduce new visitors to its one-of-a-kind charm.

NOTES
Contactless Check-In: This home is equipped with a keyless-entry system. Your door code will be provided before arrival.
Parking: Ample off-street parking is available in the driveway and drive-under area. Parking is not permitted on the rear Ashley Avenue side of the property.
The small cottage accessed from the Ashley Avenue side is not included with the rental and is reserved for the owner's personal use.

This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the home.

PETS
Pets are considered. All pets must be approved by our office before arrival.
Upon approval, a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 plus tax per pet is required. If the fee is not already included with your reservation, it will be added before arrival.
A maximum of two pets is permitted. Puppies under one year old and cats are not allowed.
Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under Titles II and III of the ADA and are subject to approval and applicable fees before arrival.

HOUSE POLICIES
The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with many full-time residents. Guests must respect the surrounding community, observe the listed maximum occupancy, and keep noise to a minimum at all times.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Your rental agreement states that use of the property may not disturb or offend surrounding residents.
To help protect our guests, neighbors, property owners, and the Folly Beach community, this home uses NoiseAware noise-monitoring technology. NoiseAware measures decibel levels only. It is privacy compliant and does not listen to or record conversations.
If noise exceeds the permitted level, guests may receive a courtesy text requesting that the volume be reduced before a violation occurs. This helps prevent police violations, fines, and possible revocation of the homeowner's business license.
The property's maximum occupancy of 8 guests may not be exceeded at any time during the stay.
If occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and require that all guests vacate the property immediately without a refund.

PAYMENT POLICY
A 50% payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days before check-in and will be charged to the card on file.
Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.
