All Occasion House is an oceanfront single family home with high ceilings and big windows letting in lots of light and ocean views! You toes will quickly be in the sand using your direct, private beach access. Lounge and dine from your 2 oceanfront porches. Only 4 blocks to downtown Folly Beach and close to historic Charleston!

As you enter the home, you are greeted by ocean views and an awing open floorplan. The dining area, fully stocked kitchen, and living room all flow easily together. Indoor dining area seats 6 for playing games or eating together. Additional bar seating for 3 provided along the kitchen island. Prepare your family meals with everything you need in the kitchen to cook and serve your entire group, while never being separated from the action. Cozy up on the living room furnishings to watch the waves or TV, engage in conversations, or read a good book. Half bathroom is off of this living area, on the 1st floor.

Feel the ocean breezes on the full-length oceanfront porch, which is partially covered, while sipping on a cool beverage, basking in the sun, or dining on the outdoor table that seats 6. Watch dolphin, pelicans, and surfers playing in the waves, as well as the famous Folly sunrises from your lounge chair. Your private beach access leads out from this porch for easy access to the sand and sea, and your day on the beach. Porch is accessible from the king master bedroom and the living area.

Master bedroom suite is on the first floor housing 1 king bed, ensuite bathroom, and doors that open onto the oceanfront porch. Bathroom is fully private with a standing shower. Street side king bedroom suite, also on the 1st floor, sleeps 2 comfortably on 1 king bed, also with an ensuite bathroom. This spacious bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. Make your way up the grand staircase to bedrooms 3 and 4 on 2nd floor. These bedrooms share access to a large jack-n-jill bathroom with a tub, standing shower, and double sinks. Bedroom 3 has 1 king bed and it's own, private oceanfront balcony. Bedroom 4 sleeps 4 guests in 2 queen beds. Freshly laundered bed linens and bath towel sets are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home.

Choose your outdoor adventure from surfing to dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours offered by various companies based on Folly Beach. Rent bicycles with your VayK Life credit or from a local vendor for an alternate way to travel around the island. Visit the far east end of the island and walk to the Morris Island Lighthouse beach - a favorite among locals and visiting guests! Only 4 blocks to the downtown Folly Beach area, it's easy to get unique souvenirs while supporting local businesses, or browsing through the Folly Beach Farmers Market and the Art Market (markets take place select days of the week during peak seasons & holidays). Parking for up to 6 vehicles is free in the double driveway area. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

A starter supply of toiletries will be provided and up to the guest to replenish as needed. Fireplace is not for guest use and grilling is not permitted. Home is non-smoking. No pets are allowed. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home, of 10 guests. **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
