Beware the fine print. Here are the worst terms:"Refunds, compensation, … are not available for housekeeping dissatisfactionAgent and Owner are not responsible for the working conditions or malfunction of any equipment such as but not limited to air conditioners, TVs, internet, sound systems, refrigerators, ovens, or ranges.Guest acknowledges Agent will not provide refunds, compensation, alternate accommodations, or discounts for … hurricane evacuations, natural disasters, …Agent reserves the right to substitute reasonably comparable accommodations without notice or liability”Key issues:1)When we arrived the garage smelled like death. The outdoor trashcans were overflowing. They did send someone to empty the trashcan, but that didn’t solve the problem as the trashcan was full of maggots and dirt at the bottom. It two more days for them to address that.2)They replaced the HVAC while we were staying there. People were working for a full day. They entered he bedroom while I was in the shower. I did not know they were there a walked out in my towel. I’m just grateful it wasn’t my wife in the shower.3)They provide the absolute bare minimum for supplies. They have a kitchen box with a mini dish soap, two dishwasher tablets and two laundry tablets for a week. Make sure you pack/buy all supplies you need in the house. They also discard any leftover coffee beans/salt/pepper etc, so do not expect to be able to find anything other than cooking dishes.
