The modern kitchen boasts sleek stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig for your morning coffee, with the adjacent dining table offering seating for six. Sliding doors open to the back deck, where you’ll find cozy seating and a firepit to enjoy evenings under the Wisconsin sky.



Downstairs, the fun continues in the game room, complete with a shuffleboard table, a kitchenette with counter seating, a smart TV, and a high-top table for four. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a full-over-full bunk bed, a twin size trundle bed, and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.

This home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking for 3 vehicles available.

• Please note, guests can access private Country Club Estates beach and sports facilities but cannot rent equipment from either location.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security doorbell camera located at the front door and actively monitoring the front walkway area.

• Village of Fontana Short Term Rental Permit #STR22-00060

• Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each.

• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.
