Residence La Grande Verdette is located along the blue ‘Marmotte’ piste, which takes you to the snow front and the main ski lifts in a matter of seconds. Ski in and out at the foot of the residence.
Pedestrian access to the resort is just a few minutes away!
This new residence was delivered by fall 2024.

This 52m² flat features warm decor and high-quality materials.
Two indoor parking spaces (in the basement of the residence) are reserved for you with access to an electric charging station at an additional cost..
There is a ski locker with boot dryer that opens directly onto the Bellard chairlift.
The flat comprises a living room opening onto an east-facing furnished balcony.
The living room features a lounge-dining area and a fitted kitchen.
The first bedroom, facing east, has a 160 cm bed and a TV. It has its own shower room.
A second bedroom also has a 160 cm bed.
Finally, a mezzanine offers 4 single beds (best suited for children).
A shower room with WC and a separate WC complete this flat.
The end-of-stay cleaning service is included, as is the hire of bed linen and towels.
