Experience comfort and convenience in our newly built guest home, perfect for family getaways or business trips. Enjoy spacious living, modern amenities, and easy access to local attractions including Liberty University.

Timber View Haven is newly built guesthouse above a secondary garage (detached from owner's home) at the back of the 2-acre property with large parking area, in a private, established neighborhood. Located less than 1 mile to 460, and close to 221, the location is a breeze for seeing local sights and quick access to Liberty and the airport (10 min), CVCC, Bedford, wedding venues, shopping, restaurants, and more.

The guest home is equipped with ethernet connections, WIFI and dedicated work space. 3 Samsung Smart TVs with access to streaming and Samsung Plus TV channels. The open concept is great for entertaining, large kitchen table is ready for game night, and comfortable beds ensure a peaceful slumber.

Relax, and enjoy our coffee bar (ground coffee/ Keurig pods/tea bags provided with assortment of creamers and sugars)

Outdoors features a fire pit/patio (propane provided), gas grill (propane provided), dining table, and playset/basketball area with other outdoor games for the kids. Enjoy observing the deer that frequent the property. Large parking area makes traveling with family/friends/ co-workers easy.

The only reason to give this place a 5 star is because thatā€™s as high as it goes. Absolutely amazing and there attention to detail is off the charts. Everything you need and much more. Every cabinet and drawer is labeled. Robes in the bedrooms coffee and snacks even a if you forget jar in the bathroom with essentials. I highly recommend this one. It is a garage apartment so there are steps but they are wide and on the inside.

This place was amazing! The hosts have thought of everything to make it feel cozy and at home! It was very nice and very clean! We were visiting our kids at Liberty and this gave us plenty of space to have meals and hang out with them and a few friends. It was great! We will definitely be returning!

Wish I could leave 10 stars!

I canā€™t say enough good things about this place! Where to begin? The photos donā€™t do it justice! It is SO much more spacious than it looks in the photos! And the design, layout, and details are impeccable! Not only is the place and location absolutely beautiful, but the hosts went above and beyond to ensure we, including our 2 y.o., had everything we needed. They had age-appropriate toys waiting for our daughter, including bath toys and baby shampoo/bath! They had tea, coffee, flavored creamers, adult and kidsā€™ dishes and utensils, bath robes, etc. The list goes on and on, including a flexible and easy checkout! We needed a place to stay for a friendā€™s wedding at Cedar Oaks Farms and the location was absolutely perfect (15-20 minutes from the venue) and only 10-15 minutes from Lynchburg airport. If we are ever in the area again, there is no question where we will stay. All we can say is thank you for giving our family the perfect home away from home!

Fantastic Stay For LU Family!!

Absolutely impeccable unit - beautifully decorated, clean, and extremely comfortable. The owners thought of everything! Only about 10 minutes from LU (the reason for our visit), and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Very spacious for being a unit above a garage, and itā€™s our favorite place weā€™ve rented so far. Weā€™ll definitely be back!!

Best property and bets hosts

This is the cutest and best stocked property we have stayed in a long time! Brent was such an accommodating host! The property was immaculately clean and had everything you need for the stay. There was no detail that has not been thought of and provided. The fully stocked coffee bar was so cute and such a wonderful touch. Kitchen is very well equipped. The bedding and linens were very comfortable, appliances and furniture were all perfect. Great stay with kids! The hosts provided a bin of toys and games for our kiddos, a pack n play for the toddler, and so many outside toys and swing set! Our kids had a blast eating outside on the patio and running around in the yard. The detached garage aspect was unfamiliar to us, but it was absolutely great and we will definitely be back.

Very special place!

We were here for our daughter's college graduation. Me and my husband + my father from LA stayed here and it was just perfect. Perfect!

We came to town for a short weekend to go to Sea Quest and visit with family with my nieces birthday! This place was a wonderful find and only minutes from all the things Lynchburg has to offer.
