Relaxing Pond Front Home

Relaxation awaits at this spacious pond front home in the Forestdale section of Sandwich on beautiful Cape Cod. Enjoy the outdoors on any of our three decks, in the yard, or around the fire pit. A kayak and a stand up paddle board are available for use in the pond.

Inside you'll find plenty of space for you and your guests. A generous size living room has space for many to get comfy, have good conversations, or watch TV. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of essentials, and you can enjoy your meals around the dining room table or out on the deck.

The primary bedroom is located on the main floor and includes a king bed and its own full bathroom with a walk-in shower. In this bedroom you'll find access to a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. There is also a half bath on the main floor.

Upstairs you'll find two additional bedrooms. One has two queen beds, and the other has a queen bed with a pull out twin trundle. There is a full bath on the second floor with a tub shower.

Head to the basement for fun, fun, fun! A pool table, dart board, tiki toss, and more will keep you entertained for hours. There is also a second TV in the basement and a closet filled with games and puzzles. The basement sofa pulls out to a bed and there is another full bath down there.

Wifi access is included so you can connect to your streaming accounts such as Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime Video on the two smart TVs.
