Cocoonr agency offers this charming country house for rent, close to Josselin. The front of the house has just been renovated, it has a surface area of 116 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely 30 m² living room, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 800 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 30 m² living room with sofa, TV and DVD player.
- A dining area ideal for eating with family and/or friends
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bathroom with bath and WC
- A laundry room for storing bicycles

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower cubicle and WC

For added convenience: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful 800 m² partially enclosed garden.
- A 20 m² terrace, facing north-west, with a garden table and 6 chairs on the terrace.

This country house is close to the Forêt de Brocéliande and very close to the town of Josselin with its magnificent château. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

The house is in a quiet, secluded location in a typical Breton village (Fossac), surrounded by stone houses. The neighbours are very discreet, friendly and helpful. The village of Fossac is very close to supermarkets. A 4-minute drive away, in Josselin, on the edge of the Expressway, you will find a Super U and Leclerc supermarkets and all the local shops and services (bakeries, delicatessens, restaurants and bars, post office, banks, and a market every Saturday with plenty of local produce).

Activities :
The location of the house will allow you to take advantage of both green and maritime tourism. Just 20 minutes from the Brocéliance forest, you can discover a place rich in landscapes and legends. There's also a children's theme park. The first beaches are 45 minutes away and are very wild. The town of Josselin and its famous château are a 5-minute drive away. The town of Josselin borders the famous Canal de Nantes à Brest, with its towpath ideal for family cycling (hire available on site). You can also hire barges to navigate and discover the river.
A visit to the city of Vannes (40 mins) and its splendid ramparts in the city centre.
Rochefort en Terre, one of France's most picturesque villages, is 35 minutes away, with its beautiful cobbled streets, old-fashioned shops and rocky promontory where the castle rises.

Nearby events :
A medieval festival is held in Josselin on 14 July, with over 500 people returning to the Middle Ages. A magnificent fireworks display is also organised in the evening at the foot of the château on the banks of the Nantes-Brest canal.
A holiday in Brittany is also an opportunity to take part in the Interceltic Festival in Lorient (late July/early August), just 1 hour's drive away.
The Arvor festival, held every year in Vannes around 15 August, celebrates Breton traditions (crafts, dances, concerts, gastronomy). For 4 days, live Breizh-style.

Public transport:
- A private car park is located in front of the house and gives direct access to the front door. There is space for 3 SUVs.
- The house is easily accessible by car on the RN 24 from Rennes (5 min drive after the Josselin-centre exit).
- The nearest TGV stations are Rennes (45 min) and Vannes (35-40 min).

- The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The garden overlooks the road and is behind the house.
- Access to the first floor, where the 3 bedrooms are located, is via a slightly steep but secure staircase (railing on the right and wall on the left).
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
