It is located in a quiet area on the banks of the Montone river, a strategic location 200 meters from Via Emilia, a stone's throw from Piazza Saffi and the ring road.

The house uses only electricity, produced cleanly by the photovoltaic system integrated on the roof. No use of gas and fossil fuels.

With an eye also on saving drinking water: rainwater or water from the well in the courtyard flows into the toilets.

Those who want to abandon the car for a few hours can park it in the garage and move around the city with our bicycles.
