You have direct access to Lake Koshkonong with just a short walk down the gravel path where there is 40 Ft of Lake frontage with a pier, fire pit, and picnic table. Just a few houses down from Sunset Bar & Grill and a short walk to North Shore Chop House. This gem is located right off of Highway 26 and just minutes from downtown Fort Atkinson. Snowmobile trail access across the road, and across the lake!
It is 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, with a cute living room (couch has full size pull out bed), kitchen, and 3 season sunroom. Great deck out back with views of the Lake. There is wifi available for free use as well.
Concrete pad with 2 parking stalls in the front of the house. There is additional parking pad behind the house if needed.
Other things to note
Lake Koshkonong is not a very deep lake and the North shore line is very shallow so boats may need to be anchored a little bit further than the end of the Pier. Pier will be in May through September.
