Amy,The Webster family has enjoyed our stay here. The house, weather, views, amenities, numerous entertainment options have kept all of us entertained nicely. The house was clean and fresh when we arrived. Dinning room chairs exceptedThings that need attention: no instructions on where to put garbage (found the area under the stairs)âsome garbage was carried out to the road where the big trash containers resided during our stay. Door hinges and locks on under-stairwell garbage area need fixing. No bathmat in upstairs shower, clothes washer excellentâaged clothes dryer worked as expected but lint screen does not seat well due to poor design and age. Some blinds in bedroom need to be replaced. Space heaters in the bedroom worked well--- after we found them in the closet. Lights in the stairwell worked after Amy gave me instructions and some fiddle-diddle-ing. On the lawn a wicker loveseat with iron legs that rusted out years ago and looks trashyâneed to be carted off and disposed of. The 10 chairs (cushions) in the dining room need steam cleaning. MOST IMPORTANT: Two locks on the pool table room door that leads outside to the balconey lounge area are dangerous because of the combination: deadboltgood doorknob lock should not have any lock on it. The deadbolt is open to go outside but the second lock on the door handle can be locked from the inside without people on the balconey realizing that they are locked out.
