PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.

NOTE: This property is located on a fairly busy street right across the street from campus which means you may hear a bit of action on the street or experience the train which runs through the center of town.
