Our beautiful 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is designed for your utmost enjoyment.

On the first floor, you'll find a cozy bedroom with a queen bed, smart TV, and access to a private patio, apart from an ensuite bathroom. This room has a closet and a drawer chest.

On the third floor, two spacious bedrooms await: a master suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, drawer chest, desk, 55” smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a shower and a bathtub. Also on the third floor, a second bedroom ideal for families, featuring a full bed, two twin beds (bunk), a private balcony, a closet and a drawer chest, and a full bathroom right in front. They are all very spacious and relaxing.

On the second floor, the kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, and the living area includes a relaxing space with modern decor and a large 65” TV and access to a balcony. You’ll also find board games, books, and the ideal space for your group getaway.

Pack ‘n Play (crib), a baby gate and a high chair are available as well.

Enjoy our garage stocked with beach gear such as towels, chairs, umbrella, a wagon cart to conveniently carry everything to the beach, a large portable cooler with wheels, life jackets for kids, beach toys and a snorkel. You will also find 5 bicycles available for your coastal retreat enjoyment.

Our outdoor patio features a table seating for 4 and a grill for your BBQs. With lots of shade available, it’s the perfect spot to relax not only in the evening but also during the day.

Fast Wi-Fi and 3 smart TVs will keep you entertained.
An outdoor parking space (spot #2) is included for your convenience.
If you need a workspace, you will find a desk in the master room.
The home is very large, with powerful A/C, central and cozy. Walkable distance to everything including the beach.

Supermarket (Publix), pharmacy (CVS), restaurants, liquor store and other stores are one block away for added convenience. In just a 2 minute walk you will find a plaza with all the amenities you may need. Available restaurants in this plaza include First Watch (a popular breakfast, brunch and lunch spot) and Dunkin Donuts.

Beach access: The beach is right around the corner, just steps away from the property. With showers and bike racks, it is also very convenient. There is a hotel right by the beach entrance which has a restaurant that provides an excellent spot for lunch and dinner.

The center of Lauderdale-by-the-sea is a few minutes walk and it hosts a very vibrant atmosphere during the day and night. From ice cream shops to full-service restaurants, this is the perfect beach vacation destination.

Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is a top destination for snorkeling and scuba diving, with vibrant coral reefs just 100 yards offshore. Guests can swim out from our beach access just minutes away to explore underwater sites teeming with marine life, coral formations, and even a nearby shipwreck. It’s perfect for both beginners and experienced divers looking for easy, shore-access diving in clear waters.
