— Regular oven.

— Comes completely stocked with cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, glasses, cups and more.

— Plenty of cooking knives for the chef’s in the family.

— Enough Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates for everyone in the family (the house sleeps many people, and we’ve never had anyone run out of utensils).

— Coffee machine a kettle and toaster.



— Full sized dishwasher, including dishwasher pods

— Includes a roll of paper towels, sponge and various other kitchen utensils.

Guest Access:

Enjoy complete access to the entire house, including the laundry facilities and a fully equipped kitchen. Unwind and rejuvenate in the inviting jacuzzi, and stay connected with high-speed internet and Wi-Fi. Take advantage of the entertainment options available, such as TVs, and make the most of outdoor relaxation with the garden cozy islands tables, and umbrella. Additionally, we provide portable beach chairs and umbrella for your convenience. We strive to accommodate your check-in schedule whenever possible, offering a keyless entrance system. The code to access the house will be provided upon check-in, ensuring a seamless arrival process.



Other Things to Note:

When you arrive make sure to let us know that you are inside the house, and everything is great.

*Please do not bring more people to the house than stated in the reservation.



Please park only 4 cars.







For your convenience, we do provide the following at the time of your check-in:



- Bedding and towels

- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet paper, wash clothes, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods. ( no laundry detergent)



Please be considerate of the neighbors and bring all the gatherings inside the house after 9 pm.



If any city authorities come by the property, please immediately call us. You will be asked to vacate a property If the police are called for breaking the rules.



Once a month a gardening company will enter the backyard to cut the trees and collect dry leaves.



* If something breaks down or doesn't work during your stay, maintenance comes to the unit to fix it within 24 hours., after your request.



If you are staying with us on the days of garbage removal, please place the garbage container outside as provided on the instructions placed at the check in details.



We understand that your plans might change, requiring a late check-out or even an extension of your stay. Please be advised that the late check-out is subject to availability, and provided with a fee of $100 for 12 PM or $130 for 2 PM checkout. *Please let us know in chat as soon as possible.
