Welcome to our Botanical Oasis Home! This beautiful newly constructed home offers a 2 for 1 deal! This duplex has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, chef`s kitchen, outdoor pool, and plenty of space, all ON BOTH SIDES for your entire family or large group to enjoy! Nestled right in the heart of Victoria Park, this home is conveniently located just minutes away from downtown, Las Olas, and Fort Lauderdale beach!

As soon as you enter either side, you`ll notice the sleek, modern botanical vibes of this newly constructed home. All rooms are upstairs & come with plenty of space, privacy, and balcony access in 6 of the 8 rooms.

This entire home is yours to enjoy. We just ask that anything with a lock on it not be tampered with

We love to meet our guests whenever possible, but we aren`t available for every check-in. You will always be given a code that will allow for a self check in but please reach out if you need us!

Victoria Park is a quiet residential neighborhood that has a unique blend of luxury modern mansions and historic properties surrounded by beautiful foliage and lighting and centrally located to everything Fort Lauderdale has to offer!

At the intersection of NE 15th Ave and Sunrise Blvd there`s a Walgreens Pharmacy and Publix Grocery Store right across the street! Just a few blocks away from our home. There`s a park called Holiday Park just a few blocks away and Las Olas and the beach is just about 5 min away!

On the date of check-in the guest will send you the passcode for the smart lock on the property. It is typically sent between 3:30PM-4PM. Any early check-in or late check-out request procedure can be found below in the house rules section.


**House Rules**
We have created this house rules sheet to preserve the integrity of your stay and future stays while also respecting the home and neighborhood! Following these rules will greatly help us as Vacation Rental hosts by making sure the home is taken care of during your stay. We understand that people are not a “one size fits all” category, so please reach out to us with any questions or concerns in this document. COMMUNICATION IS KEY!!!!

Mi casa, tu casa! But you wouldn’t intentionally damage or mess up your home, would you? We ask that you treat our property as if it was your very own as well! Please be aware of the condition of items in the house, and if you happen to notice anything broken when you arrive, please contact us ASAP to let us know.
We also ask that you please watch noise levels at night. We love our neighbors! They’re nice, we’re nice to them, and we hope you are nice to them too! Noise ordinances for quiet time in the city/neighborhood are at 10pm, so please respect these rules.

Should payments be made with a credit card, a 6% processing fee applies to all payments and is non-refundable. Please notify the host should you wish to make a payment this way and they may be able to accommodate you.

For this option the following items are required:

A picture of your driver’s license.
A picture of the front and back of the credit card used.
A picture of you holding your license up to your face in a selfie form.
A credit card authorization form.

(Please note that all of the above required items names must match the credit cards, licenses, and name on the reservation.)
Should any cancellations or refunds be given, they will be provided less the 6% processing fee.


Accommodation Reservations.
An Accommodation Reservation is a limited license to enter, occupy, and use the Accommodation.
The Host retains the right to re-enter the Accommodation during your stay, to the extent: (i) it is reasonably necessary, (ii) permitted by your contract with the Host, and (iii) consistent with applicable law. If you stay past checkout, the Host has the right to make you leave in a manner consistent with applicable law, including by imposing reasonable overstay penalties. You may not exceed the maximum number of allowed Guests.

A/C system
We have 2 very potent wall units in the apartment. One in the room and another in the living room. There will be remotes to adjust the temperature, fan speed, and mode. You can also manually adjust these setting directly on the wall unit.
Booking Modifications.
Guests and Hosts are responsible for any booking modifications they agree to make via email or cell phone messages to make on their behalf (`Booking Modifications`), and agree to pay any additional amounts, fees, or taxes associated with any Booking Modification.
Booking.
When you book, you are agreeing to pay all charges for your booking including the Listing price, applicable fees like, taxes, and any other items identified during checkout (collectively, “Total Price”). You are also agreeing that C’est La Vie Home Away by Jordan Mikes LLC via Cosmic Property Management may charge the Payment Method used to book the Listing in order to collect Damage Claim amounts. When you receive the booking confirmation/invoice, a contract for Host Services (a `Reservation`) is formed directly between you and the Host. In addition to these Terms, you will be subject to, and responsible for complying with, all terms of the Reservation, including without limitation, the cancellation policy and any other rules, standards, policies, or requirements identified in the Listing or during checkout that apply to the Reservation. It is your responsibility to read and understand these rules, standards, policies, and requirements prior to booking a Listing.Be aware that some Hosts work with a co-host or as part of a team to provide their Host Services.
Broken items
If for any reason you break an item during your stay, please let us know immediately. We understand that accidents happen, but in order for us to fix or replace something for a future guest to enjoy, we will need to know that it is broken. We really appreciate your honesty. We take inventory of every single item in the home when it is being cleaned, including linens, appliances, towels, and decorations. If anything is missing - this will result in a fee equal to the item’s 150% replacement value.
BBQ Grill
Any guests who plan to use our BBQ grill are welcome to do so, but please only use it if you are familiar with propane gas grills. Before & after each use, please turn on & off the propane tank by reaching under the grill and twisting the handle clockwise (open) or counterclockwise (close). Please turn on the vent fan while the grill is in use. In order to minimize a messy clean up, we ask that guests use foil and clean up the grill after use by using the grill cleaner formula provided and pouring out the drip pan. We don’t want to have grease as a fire hazard. A fire extinguisher is located inside the home. Copper sheets are provided for our guests to use on the grill. They must be used on the grill. These copper sheets are washable and reusable. They are not to be thrown out. Should we notice they go missing or have been disposed of, we will charge you for them.. The grill is clean and we’d like everyone to experience it that way! Any excess cleaning will result in additional cleaning fees.


Cancellation Policy
Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Cancellations, Refunds and Booking Modifications.
Cancellations, Refunds. In general, if as a Guest you cancel a Reservation, the amount refunded to you is determined by the cancellation policy that applies to that Reservation. But, in certain situations, other policies take precedence and determine what amount is refunded to you. If the Host cancels, you may be eligible for rebooking assistance or a partial or full refund.
Check-in
Check-in time is from 4:00pm -12:00am. If you have a late/delayed flight, please let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to work with you. Early check-ins are available upon request, however please understand that we cannot make any guarantees until the day of or before.
If you are granted an early check in, the additional fees are as follows:
12pm check-in: $250
2pm check-in: $150
Check-out
Check-out time is 11am. Late checkouts are based on availability and an additional fee of $50/per hour. Unless otherwise authorized by us, please give us a 24-hour notice for late checkout requests or if you would like to extend your stay with us. Please keep in mind that we will try our best to accommodate these requests however we cannot make any guarantees that we will be able to honor your request. Any guest who stays after the 11am checkout time without requesting it from us previously or stays despite having their request denied will still be charged $50/per hour and will be forced to vacate. Should we experience any cancellations or losses in our calendar arising from any check out related complications from you or any guests, you will be charged for the next booking.
*Upon checking out, please make sure that our house looks reasonably neat- just like the way you found it.
