⮞IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

⮞ The pool is heated at 85°F, it can be topped to 90°F for an extra charge of $30 upon request.



⮞ Touching the pool heater panel without authorization will result in a $500 fine.



⮞ The guest will have access to the entire property and pool. Please, make yourself at home.



The Neighborhood:

Wilton Manors is a suburb of Fort Lauderdale with a population of 12,630. Wilton Manors is in Broward County and is one of the best places to live in Florida. Living in Wilton Manors offers residents an urban feel and most residents own their homes. In Wilton Manors there are a lot of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many retirees live in Wilton Manors and residents tend to be liberal. The public schools in Wilton Manors are above average.



Getting Around:

The location is very walkable! :)



Other Things to Note:

⮞ Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.



➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.



Interaction with Guests:

I will be your personal concierge for your stay. When needed we can come in person. If you have any questions, you’re lost, or just need some great recommendations, I’ll be there for you around the clock.
