Our spacious and comfortable Premium 2 Bedroom 2 bathroom apartments can accommodate up to 5 people comfortably, making it the perfect place for any type of occasion; such as a family reunion, a friends getaway, a couples retreat, a work trip and even the perfect base for a bachelor or bachelorette party. Both of our bedrooms are very chicly decorated and designed with your full needs and comforts in mind. Main Bedroom is fashionably furnished and equipped with top of the line 10” pillowtop king mattresses to enjoy a great night’s sleep or end your day binge watching your favorite shows on the smart T.V. over to your preferred online streaming service on our free Wi-Fi. The living room comes equipped with a comfortable full size futon perfect for children or guest who want to sleep separate. Your unit has a full kitchen loaded with all the cookware and appliances you need to enjoy a simple meal or an all-out feast. While staying with us you won’t have to worry about the grueling heats of South Florida since all units have Central A/C that you can control. All units come with a free designated parking spot so there is no need to drive around to park. For your security we have a 24/7 camera system installed in the building as well as smart locks in each door to keep you and all your belonging safe at all times and make your check-in process as easy and smooth as possible.

Please Beware that this is a multi-property listing. This means that there are a few very similar units located in the same property and when booking you will be assigned one of all of them. This is the reason some of the pictures look a bit different. All amenities, square footage, and items in the room are exactly the same with slight differences like type of flooring, wall color, kitchen cabinet color, etc.

Please kindly note that this is a multi-unit listing. What is being rented is a room-type but not a specific unit #. We have multiple units that are identical in layout and have the same furniture and amenities. However there may be very slight detail differences such as coffee table, color of couch, and linen. All units have been uniquely and beautifully designed.

Unfortunately, we are not a pet friendly property. We love our furry friends but unlucky situations have caused us to change our policy and strictly enforce it. Service Animal Assurance Form must be completed for reservation accompanied with a Service Animal. IMPORTANT: A person who knowingly and willfully misrepresents herself or himself as using a service animal and/or being qualified to use a service animal commits a misdemeanor of the second degree. Animals whose sole purpose function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM (No Loud noise or music)

We service our units in the Apartment-Style Model. We do not offer regular hotel amenities and do not offer traditional housekeeping services. We set up our units with all the essentials for our guests to start their stay. As products are needed our guests replenish from local markets. On-site washer/dryers are offered in order to maintain personal and accommodation linen. Extra cleaning services are available at a surcharge.

Because of South Florida's tropical climate we perform monthly fumigation services on the first day of the 2nd week (Monday) every month with a professional company. We will kindly need access to all units in order to perform this service. Prior notice will be sent when this service will be performed. The treatment is odorless and non-toxic to humans. NOTE: Windows may be sealed/blocked and as a precautionary measure we recommend maintaining them closed if not screened, along with keeping doors closed to decrease chances of outsider insects from accessing units.

An online "terms & conditions" form separate from VRBO must be signed before check-in in which you have to send a copy of your ID. This is our virtual registration form.

No Smoking on premises (smoking on site will be subject to a $250 penalty and automatic removal from our apartment)

The host reserves the right to enter the unit for emergencies and service orders with previous notice to the guests.
