CHECK-IN:

All guests staying at the condominium must submit ID's and complete a registration packet 3 days prior to arrival. This registration form includes guest and party information, vehicle registration form, and an acknowledgment of the condo associations rules and regulations.



Other Things to Note:

*The cancellation policy is specific to your booking platform, and includes a processing fee. After booking, during the verification hub process, guests will be asked to submit their credit card information for validation. At that time, there will be a $2 dollar hold on the card for validation and fall off the card within 7 days. It is a hold, not a charge, on the card. Then 7 days prior to guest arrival, the full security deposit amount of $300 will be placed on hold and renew every 7 days, until 2 days after the guests stay, at which time it will automatically release unless damage to the home is reported.
