Our Guest Relations Managers will be at your service every day from 9 am to 11 pm. In case of emergencies, our support staff is available 24/7.

Our curated properties are in highend quiet neighborhoods. Guests will be expected to be respectful of the property, neighborhood and neighbors.

All reservations over Christmas and New Year's Eve require a minimum of 7 nights and must cover the following dates: December 20th to 27th or December 27th to January 3rd (+/-1 day). Please contact the host before making your reservation.

At a glance:
The reservation owner is required to be at least 25 years old, sign a simple rental agreement and be verified by SafelyStay in order confirm the reservation and occupy the property.

The reservation must list the exact number of guests. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests (up to 8 adults over the age of 13). After the 8th guest, there is a $50 per night per guest charge added to the reservation.

Should you request an early check-in (before 4 pm) or a late checkout (after 10 am) please do so at least 24h ahead. Subject to fees and availability.

Approved pets are welcome; a non-refundable $150 per pet fee shall apply.
